So while I don't drive a newer vehicle I still like to wash it once in a while. I am familiar with quick quack and the whole process. One thing they have started since my last visit is microfiber towels in the vacuum bays. It's nice to be able to wipe down the interior and windows etc. I wish they would offer some spray bottles with cleaners etc. I've noticed some other washes in town are doing that. read more

I have been a quick quack member for years. Now they are telling me the car that they knew had a rack on top can not go through. They approved the rack when I signed up for a membership years ago. My son went in and paid for a single wash for him. They ended up charging his account. 2 cars and charge him. He paid $ 41 For 3 months. Both cars $41 And they will not refund my money. I had to file a dispute against them. And I have a deep and gone either has my son. read more

I was involved in an incident where I was in the middle of the tunnel and all the cars started hitting each other. After getting out of the tunnel, I filed an incident report and exchanged information with the other drivers. Nearly a week later, I was informed via email that a certain vehicle was at fault and not QQ according to live footage. I filed a report with insurance to deal with the at fault driver, and was told they would not assume responsibility. I tried calling the number provided by QQ for customer assistance and it is not a working #. My insurance tried numerous times to reach the manager and no one would respond either. I went into the office and was told by the manager that QQ refuses to release any footage. He told me there was nothing they could do because it was a working machine. If quick quack is not at fault and has video proof that someone else is, I don't understand why they wouldn't want to help their patrons. I think it's awful business sense. I'm sure the other 4-5 customers are pretty upset as well. read more

Went through the Quick Quack in Bountiful someone in front of me put their car in park and the wash stopped at a place that kept pushing my truck up into the rollers. My truck has two large deep scratches across the hood at the exact location of the brush. Quick Quack is quick to deny any responsibility even after their snap shots show the scratch at the exit of the car wash. In addition wait times at many of the locations are extensive. I will be cancelling both of my cars and having my insurance company request and review the video footage. We have had two cars on subscription for about a year, seems like QQ would be a bit more diligent in solving the issue ie: a thorough review of the tape should show in no scratches, out scratches and the cause being a malfunction of their equipment. Clearly from the Photos that they sent me you can see a large deep scratch (there are several) across the hood in a small arc that would seem to prove the wash caused them, as the wash was pushing the truck forward and up. Update After posting this review I was sent the pictures of the full wash as I had requested. I have posted the picture and offer a sincere Apology for the misunderstanding. This is the best Quick Quick location of them all. The staff is friendly and they are efficient without packing you in so closely that it feels unsafe. Unlike other locations my car does not experience any issues after this location either (hint: don't visit the 500 West location!). read more

too bad you cant leave 0 stars, so I had problems (fraud) with my debit card, I had the bank cancel the card #. one of my direct debits was QQ . I left mister after 5 years and started 6 months ago with QQ. The day after my payment was declined I went thru to wash my car they said my payment Was declined, Im like ok fine I'll change my card # when I receive it. no problem but we can't give you a wash!! 1 Fn wash, they lifted the barricade arm made me drive under it and turn around without a wash! I am Pissed! now I called today to add my new card, and they don't have any of my info or account on file anymore, like I never existed! they are horrible HORRIBLE! Everyone reading this go to MISTER at least they won't turn you around and actually treat you like a person ! Terrible company, Horrible! Quick quack car wash is a great service! I love using this bountiful wash and then heading next door to Nielsens to get some Ice cream!

If you have a dark colored car you will want to avoid tunnel washes. I have an SUV that is three weeks old that after three washes has horizontal micro scratches down the length of the car. Nothing else has touched the car other than rain and snow. I showed the shift manager the scratches and his response was "We did not cause those scratches. It is impossible for our microfiber brushes to cause any damage." I tried to make it clear that nothing else has touched the vehicle but he was argumentative that my claim was impossible. I have the regional managers number and will call Monday. More to follow. read more

I'm a little skeptical about some of these positive reviews. I have had nothing but bad experiences here and I hear comments in my circles all the time that you don't want to go to Quick Quack. It's all known. But I went (I don't remember which location) a couple years ago to try it out. It was no good. Car east clean. Waste of money. I decided to try again not too long ago because I was right there and had some time. We had been camping so there was dirt and dust that needed to come off. I got the best wash and drove through. When I got out I was shocked that my car was not clean at all. Since it was wet it was like it was shiny but just around the dirt. I picked my daughter and her friend up after and the first thing they said was "I thought you were going to get a car wash." The car was just as dirty as it was when I dropped them off. I know I'm not the l my one who does not recommend this place because I've heard many similar stories. read more

It's difficult for service to be unsatisfactory at a carwashcin my opinion but unfortunately it was bad when it came to payment. I had received a gift card for my birthday so went to go use it at this location. Theu had a discount going on for 50% off unlimited washes. I wanted to purchase the top package, ceramic, but was denied to purchase it with my gift card. Had employee as manager who wouldn't even come out to address me but apparently said no I can't purchase unlimited package with gift card. Funny thing is I've purchased it before on gift card so I think this is a case where the manager is running his own idea of how the company should operate rather than just sticking to the what is allowed. This caused a poor experience and makes me not want to go back ever to be honest. To note, I reviewed terms and conditions which states nothing of the fact you can't use gift cards to purchase unlimited washes. Great place to take your car. I do Lyft so I need my car washed quite a bit so it looks acceptable to the customers. The vacuum service is a great idea. There is one part of the wash cycle that used to smell good, but smells rotten now in all the quick quacks around my house (3). Also, about 1/3 the hoses seem to be under-powered and don't pick anything up. I have been alone at the vacuums and there when most of the stalls were filled, and still find that about 1/3 are clogged somehow. (pressure not going down with more users) read more

So, someone purchased a $50 gift card for me and I took a new Mercedes van through yesterday. First time at this car wash. Both of my rear wiper blades were ripped completely off the vehicle and destroyed beyond repair. Here's how they solved it... I had to buy the new blades, but they gave three months unlimited. I came out ahead $30, but they quoted the cost of new blades at $60 and I had to pay for that. I worked with the body shop and got them at wholesale, but to me, that was a crazy solution they came up with. So, they ruin my wiper blades, I have to buy new ones and they get a membership sold. So I give the new membership to my son and he goes there that afternoon. First time for him as well and the bug shield on the hood of his car gets completely ripped off his car and damaged beyond repair. He fills out a claim. Natalia calls me today and says because his car was a 1992 he should have seen the sign they wouldn't cover damage based on the age of his car. Right, like a young kid with a new pass is looking for that. So they won't do anything for the bug shield and just called to tell me they won't refund me the $50 gift card either. Consider yourselves warned. Might be a good wash, might not be, but look out if you ever have damage to your car at this location. We were two for two in the same day and they did little to nothing for us. Huge thumbs down for the poor tone and style of their customer service. read more

Facilities are nice - people are nice - and corporate service is awful. (by design) I terminated a membership through the check-in person in December. They told me the membership was canceled. Great. Two months later, I noticed that I was still being invoiced for that vehicle. I contacted QQs corporate HQ and spoke to a nice person who seemed to be well-trained in telling people NO. She informed me that the membership had not been canceled and that she was only authorized to credit me for one of the two months QQ continued to invoice me. I asked why the cancellation hadn't been processed and she told me that the check-in people are only able to "request" that a membership be canceled and that it's the member's responsibility to verify it was canceled. Sounds like a Seinfeld episode, doesn't it? You know how to take my reservation, you just don't know how to hold the reservation. Well, I'm disappointed with QQ. Customer satisfaction isn't a corporate value, it's an afterthought. I'm thinking there's a VC firm involved in their ownership! All be warned.. read more

Sure getting tired of tire shine not working. The light comes on but tires have no shine on them. This has happened a lot in both Bountiful and Centerville locations. Someone needs to monitor this if not I might cancel my 3 car membership. read more

On Saturday May 8th, I placed some items in the back of my truck just before I had it washed at Quick Quack in Bountiful on 2600 South. When I returned home I noticed scratches covering half of the upper edge of my tail gate. The nature of the scratches at appear to be from brush strokes. I returned to the car wash filed a claim. I heard nothing. I returned the following Friday and was told that I would hear from them the next day or no later then the following Tuesday. I again heard nothing, I went over today and was told that they were refusing the claim. I spoke to two teenaged managers. They didn't enough concern for their customer service to involve an adult in the claim process. Needless to says I will be canceling my contract with them and never use their services again. read more

So easy; just follow the directions: wipers off, mirrors in, car in neutral and then it's like a theme park ride. Colorful, smells good and over quick. Been a member with quick quack for a bit over a year when I got my brand new car. I trusted quick quack with my vehicle since their "claim" is they aren't responsible for cars over 5 years old. my vehicle is a 2021 so I thought it would be okay if anything ever happened but never anticipated it to. One day when I went through the wash I heard a loud noise as the brush went over the hood of my vehicle. (not normal) i exited the wash and noticed two small deep scratches on the the hood of my car, the scratches were deep and jagged as well as perfectly symmetrical, across the top of my hood. never leaving the premises of the car wash, I located an employee who wrote down my claim and confirmed my scratches had to of come from the wash. They told me a manger would be reaching out in a few days. when I heard from the manager, the manager asked for pictures I sent over my pictures of my vehicle where the scratches were located and was told that there was no way the wash could've caused these, "that the brushes metal can't do that". frustrated I tried calling corporate who was no help. told me I needed to speak with the manager at the specific location. went to the location several times, and could not locate a manager during working hours on my third attempt I was finally able to speak to the manager who at the time was named Patrick. he was very kind and assured me that corporate would be able to provide me with videos of my car going through the wash before, and after that I could identify where exactly the scratches came from. he said he would reach out and let them know that I would like to get those videos. I also let him know that I would actually appreciate a call rather than communicating through email. The manger said he would let them know. When I got an email all they sent me were three pictures that were very blurry and zoomed out stating that their wash was not responsible because there's no scratches on my vehicle as I was exiting the wash. I tried emailing back, but kept getting no responses so I tried contacting the manager Patrick again at the bountiful location and was unsuccessful. I was able to get in touch with corporate who told me that the person sending me the emails would've been the same person i was speaking to in person. yet to my face, Patrick was very kind, but over email was very rude. I tried reaching the Patrick Several times again with no luck. frustrated and defeated, I accepted my loss but will never be taking my vehicle to quick quack ever again as they truly don't care about their customers. to top it off a few short months later, a KSL article came out about quick, quack of a man's roof rack being ripped off his truck as he went through the wash due to a button not properly being pushed, letting the wash know that it was a higher vehicle, his vehicle was nine years old. he at first was told they would not cover it but then was able to get his paid for only because KSL did an article... quick quack's motto is don't drive dirty, but they don't care if you drive damaged, especially if it was on their behalf. I'd find another wash to keep your vehicle clean and cared for. read more

I love quick quick car wash is the bus car wash in the world! I pay for the premium plan because every time I go through the car wash I feel like my car is cleaner than it's ever been before I do enjoy the bubbles that are different colors I think it makes it fun and I think that every car wash should be like quick quack where they also have free vacuums after a wash. That's right not only are you getting a wash but you're getting a vacuuming time for you and your car. They have a lot of wonderful tools that you can use to make sure that you drive away looking shiny and beautiful. Would be unlimited car wash I can go through as many times a day and get as many carwashes as I want and a day and it makes me happy because every single day my car gets dirty somehow from trees or brush or anything and I'm able to find a way to continue enjoying my car looking clean and fresh! Is another car wash in town that takes up a huge plot of land really necessary?! I was hoping it would be worth it and this is the worst car wash I've ever gotten. It left streaks all over my husbands car, and I went for the first time yesterday and it did the same to mine- huge streaks on the glass and dirt running down the back and sides. It also bent both my mirrors completely backwards. The vacuums available are also not as strong as others I've used in the past. Major bummer! read more
