I pulled into the bay and the attendant came over to help me. I paid $5 with a credit card for 6 minutes of wash time. The attendant scanned my card then put coins into the wash unit. Everything went just fine. As I was pulling away, the attendant flagged me down and gave me some free time on the vacuum. So my experience was good. I was able to wash and vacuum my car for a reasonable cost. read more

The owner is always very polite. He always says hello and comes out to talk for a minutes. I like this car wash because it has a lot of pressure on both the soap and rinse. I'll continue to come here to wash all my cars. read more

the worker was very nice! he came out almost as soon as I pulled in, I payed 5 dollars with tap and then he used 5 dollar coins to pay for the wash. He also gave me a free car freshener. Overall the wash was great as well, the water was high pressure and everything worked great. read more

Stop!! Don't support this car wash!!! It's a beautiful day so we decided to take our car to get washed. While only 2 of the 3 self wash were open and we just waited. Some guy came out and told us that we could not wash our car there because it was to dirty. We said that is why we are at his car wash. He said sorry you can not wash it here. So we left. I could understand if it was in the automatic wash or if we were super muddy. But we we were going to the self serve one and we had a little dirt on the car. Lame!!! Go to the car wash on highway 89 in north salt lake. It's nicer, they have more vacuum stations and they have a pet wash too. read more

Avoid this car was at all costs!!!! I was washing a van and opened the hood to wash the leaves out of the area where the wipers are. Anyone with a van will know what I mean. I opened the hood to spray the leaves out of this area and avoid getting the motor wet. (Otherwise I would have to spray down under the top of the hood towards the motor) The sad little man that owns and appears to almost live at the car wash shut the bay off on me and accused me of washing my motor. When I showed him that wasn't and only had the hood up to get the leaves out of the wiper area, he admitted that He was wrong but would not give me my money back or restart the bay. He said he would but then just locked himself in his uni-bomber style car wash shack. He is very controlling over his horribly stocked, run down, and poorly maintained car wash. We need this car wash to close down and be demolished, he needs to move somewhere that he will not have to interact with anyone from the public. Possibly the middle of the desert. You can find much better car washes by driving to North Salt Lake, Centerville, or even using a bucket in your driveway would be nicer. Do not attempt to support this car wash at all or he will likely steal your money and accuse you of doing something wrong when you aren't! read more

I've tried this place twice. The first time the wash didn't work after swiping my card. I got home and saw there was a double charge. The second time I'm not sure how I forgot about being charged twice, but I gave it a try anyways. It didn't do a good job. The whole place is kinda sketch. There were signs all over, don't do this, don't touch that, this only, that only, no this allowed, no that allowed. A little overbearing. read more

For those that go wheeling at the B. This carwash is 295 south and 500 west in bountiful utah. It is the worst run and most problem prone carwash I have ever experienced in my automobile owning life. I never go there but once a year out of location... and have been ripped off each time. The manager is so bad at being friendly or communicating it's not even close to funny. If you don't believe me, read all the Yelp reviews of the same place. Not two seconds had passed after I parked in a stall and opened my hood so that it would not water spot on the exterior and I could clean leaves from the wiper area, when the manager/owner in question very rudely stood in the opening and said "can you not read the sign on the wall!?" That said to: 'not wash engines or truck beds' I hadn't even started washing yet. THEN the machine took my 8 quarters and gave me one minute. The next 8 quarters stopped time in under a minute. My vehicle was covered in the brush foam at this point. The machine then said the price was 1.50 and I got two minutes of wash time. When finished I knocked on the door to ask about a refund or extra time for the time that was stolen from me and the manager immediately was very rude and started saying "leave the property now" "you need to leave sir" and only kept repeating loudly that I got the wash time I paid for. This was the most unprofessional customer service I have experienced in my lifetime of 45 years. This small minded man has NO business running ANY customer service related establishment on this earth. He was a rude and demeaning little man and will NEVER have my business again even living 4 blocks away. read more

This is by far the crappiest car wash I have ever been to, I'm not sure how hard it is to do a car wash right but these guys have definitely learned how to do it wrong. The automatic carwash doesn't work, the bill changer doesn't work, the credit card machine doesn't work, and so on and so on. What a joke!!! read more

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH! The first time I went through it only washed the bottom of my car and then quit. I went back around and it said to go, so I went through. It then washed my car and told me to pull forward then flashed stop. A washer scraped across the front of my car and stuck across my hood. When I reversed and got out to check the damage a man came out and started yelling at me. I tried to explain what happen and was told to just go. My car was still dirty, covered with streaks but luckily not damaged. I was still charged and then had to pay for another car at a place down the street. read more

Overpriced self serve. Two minutes for a dollar 50 and 20 seconds extra per quarter. Plus what's a car wash without trash cans?

DO NOT USE THIS CARWASH! I used the self serve wash. When I got home I noticed that the entire hood of my car is scratched up. Not just short scratches, but ones that go clear across my entire hood. When I went back to tell them about it and show them the damage the man was very dismissive. He told me that it wasn't possible because they use the best equipment. He was rude and wouldn't even hardly look at the damage. I'm assuming he was the owner and didn't take any responsibility for what had happened. He just kept saying that they use the best equipment and was very defensive. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone unless you want your car all scratched up! read more

Automatic car wash didn't provide the wash. I put in credit card and if accepted but it was in use and said to wait. When the car in front was done the sign told me to wait and never said go so I drove in to see if it would start and it didn't so I drove around again and had to use credit card again but it said in use again and to wait. Checked my credit card online and had two pending charged and it said oasis instead of supersonic on their sign. Google oaks is and found this phone. No answer with company greeting just a beep and left message. No return. Left note in box to call me back. No return call! read more

Although I use this Automatic car wash for the convenience, it occurred to me the other day as I sat waiting behind a truck, that this 'touchless' car was is calibrated to fit ALL sizes of cars including SUVs and Trucks....which is why the very bottom of my Subaru Imprezza does not get cleaned well as it sits lower to the ground than the SUVs and the sprayers do not go low enough to do a good job. Secondly I think that someone may have placed a 'skimmer' on their credit card swiper as I got called today about a fraudulent charge and found 2 others! read more

When you go to a place and they don't accept cards for their manual washes (quarters only), you know you are in for a treat. To make matters worse, the cash machine doesn't spit out quarters so unless you brought $6 in quarters with you, you can't even use the car wash bays. I think if they just figured out to put credit card machines in the bay's like every other car wash of this type it would go a long way. Until that happens I will never go back. read more
