I spoke to the General Manager, Keaton and I spoke to Victor the assistant manager. However, both of them ignored my concern. I have tried 4 different locations and each time there are huge spots that don't get clean. Every location has been the same, not one of the 4 I've friend have cleaned my car Sufficiently. I wish it was better because I do really enjoy their amenities, but defeats the purpose of washing the car if it's still dirty when you're done.
