Cracked emblem due to car wash

Don't waste your money here. This car wash could care less about the value of their customers and it's super upsetting. My car was damaged and lost its Mercedes Emblem due to their Machines not exiting vehicles when they should be. My car got stuck at the end behind a big truck causing both cars to keep skipping and jumping causing my front bumper to hit the back of the truck. When I noticed my emblem was cracked I let employees know and they "checked" the cameras only to tell me their cameras were blacked out and they needed to call service and get them working again and I could return another day. Toke the manager a whole 30 minutes to even come say hi and then offered no help until I let them know I called the police to file a claim then they offered to submit a damage claim to corporate for corporate to only say it's my fault and I need to pay for it not them. And to stop responding to my messages. So disappointed when I have been a loyal customer and have memberships not only to one car but 2, they lost my money plus all those around me. Something that cost $120 to replace yet they lost a customer who's invested over hundreds of dollars for pennies, don't go here their car wash scratches your car and if something happens they act like it's not their fault. So disappointed in this company, I wish I had never trusted them with caring for my business and loyalty.

Rear passenger door with most the damage

STOP!! If you want your car damaged and an okay wash then this is your place. Else find a better place! Thankfully noticed the damage to my NEW car right after the wash, while vacuuming. Instantly let employees know. They treated me nice and acted like they were going to go look at the cameras, and be able to see something. During this time they continued to allow cars to go through the wash, I would expect them to inspect there equipment if it's damaging cars. Pretty sure someone else also got damage to there car but they just left with frustration after trying and waiting to speak to someone. They came back and told me they couldn't see anything on the cameras as the picture was blurry.. strange it took this long for them to find out there camera quality was garbage. For more context, it was day time and there didn't seem to be sun glare around the camera area that are aimed around your car as your driving through. They told me they'd have someone from corporate contact me. They grabbed all my info and then tried getting my insurance info.. yeah right. This happened Saturday, it's now Tuesday and I've heard nothing, no call or email.

I was told they have their "best carwash for $14.00 today" and I accepted. They upsold me while knowing and without telling me that their dropdown scrubber was broken. The picture attached is after my SECOND drive through. SECOND! The "person on duty" said they were unaware of the broken dropdown until I had told them. They gave me a ticket for a free wash. Complete bullsh*t considering there was a ladder where the broken dropdown was. Plenty of similar no-touch carwash services nearby.... My suggestion is to pick one of those. To the owners: you screwed me. If your wash is broken, don't knowingly upsell me or any other customer.

I was dreading the day I would have to pay for 8 vacuum sessions after spilling enough potting soil in my car to plant a medium-sized fig tree. After admiring the long line of what must be 6,384 vacuums at the Rocket whip wash I decided I'd ask the nice attendant with the bow tie what the damage might be to start digging myself out of the dirt spill I've been driving around in. Oh my life - I am hooked. FREE vacuums and mat washes for as long as you need with any wash! REC has found the key to my heart. I could kill a whole afternoon here. They have the nicest staff, they are SO kind (I'm talking about people standing outside a misty car wash in the winter), phenomenal service. The vacuums are really strong, they reach far enough, and you get a hose for each side of your car. The steam mat wash is quick and easy to use, and there are trash cans by every vacuum just in case you've got a stray Starbucks napkin or spent air freshener to dump off. What a beautiful way to spend an afternoon. Treat yourself and stop in here, you will feel like a brand new person when you leave. Update: I have found one thing about REC that I am not in love with. They are not open on Sunday. While I am glad their employees have this day off, it doesn't quite soothe the sting of driving my filthy car through the Sunday brunch crowds only to be turned away by mocking, lifeless cones blocking entry to one of my happiest places. For now I will park my car in a spot I can't see it - soon I will visit you again REC. Love you.

Easy and quick. We always select the shoot the moon wash. The wash is entertaining for kids and car comes out nice and clean.

I finally asked if he was the owner because a lot of times in business the owner isn't hands on if even present on the job. He was great at suggesting local places to grab a bite when I asked. Seriously one of the kindest humans I have ever met! I highly suggest getting your vehicle washed here! I do not like to use brushes on my truck's paint but these guys have a touchless wash that has a…read moreforced air dryer. Most important for me is that I can fit my full size Ram truck that has a 2 inch leveling kit. It's a tight fit, but it fits. There are not many touch free car washes that can accommodate a 7 foot clear height. For a while I had a Quick Quack membership but the brushes leave small scratches and swilrs in the paint. Occasionally these guys have my preferred bay closed off but when I am able to go thru there is always copius amounts of suds and bubbles.

"Denied Service Over Email Address - Seriously?"…read more I went to Quick Quack Car Wash at noon with the simple intention of getting a basic car wash. There was no one in line, so I expected a quick, straightforward visit. Instead, I was met with a frustrating and unnecessarily complicated experience. The attendant, Mike, approached my car and immediately commented on my out-of-state plates. From there, he proceeded to push the most expensive car wash option--likely assuming that because I drive a luxury vehicle, I must want the top-tier package. That wasn't the case. I just wanted something simple. Mike attempted to input my information on his tablet, which he claimed wasn't working due to a battery issue. He retrieved a second tablet, which also didn't work. Trying to be helpful, I offered to pay in cash. Instead of accepting it, he insisted on collecting my email address. I declined, as I don't want to receive marketing emails, and quite frankly, I found the request inappropriate for a basic, one-time car wash. To my disbelief, Mike refused to give me a car wash unless I provided my email. That didn't sit right with me at all. Whether or not that's legal, it certainly doesn't feel ethical. When I asked to leave, Mike couldn't even open the gate--again blaming the tablet. It took a younger employee to show him how to manually open it. A few takeaways, Mike: 1. I was driving a luxury vehicle because I'm purchasing a luxury home in the area--not because I want to be upsold. 2. I remained patient throughout your multiple tech issues and offered a solution (cash). 3. Forcing personal data collection just to get a car wash is unacceptable. Due to the unprofessional handling of this situation and the refusal to provide service without surrendering my email, I won't be returning. You've earned this one star. No one else is to blame.

Here is my Personal Experience in detail:…read more I recently went to this Fabulous Freddy's with my personal car for the first time. On arrival at 12:45PM, there was no visual menu, but the girl at the booth told me the pricing and a REALLY rough overview of what was available. I have been traveling quite a bit, and had some pet hair in the cargo area, so I chose the Best Interior and Touchless for $45 plus $15 for all of my mats for a full cleaning. I also asked how long it would take to clean, and was told by the girl 20-25 minutes. I went through the drive through portion, (which was not touchless despite requesting the option) and was hand towel dried on the opposite side. I was then motioned to drive to the bay for vacuuming and wasn't met by anyone. I climbed out and asked someone at another vehicle if I needed to park or what the process was, and was told to just leave the key in it and then I can go wait inside. Once inside, I found a table to wait at. At 1:40PM, it didn't even look like my car had been started yet. Finally after 2:00 someone came and told me my car was ready. She walked me out to my vehicle and told me I was good to go and left. I climbed in my car and drove to the gas pumps to use the 20 cent discount for fuel. When I went to check the backseat, I noticed there was still dog hair in the headliner and all over the cargo area; it did not look as if it had even been vacuumed. I unfortunately had to leave for work and was unable to come back same day to talk to someone about the areas they missed. I called a few hours later to speak to someone about my dilemma and they said it was fine, to come back the next day when the manager was there and they would assist. When I came back the next day, I spoke with someone at the cash register inside the gas station and they called someone named Cami? to come talk to me. It was the same person who had told me my vehicle was ready the day before. When I showed her my receipt and expressed that I think my trunk wasn't vacuumed, she stated she wanted to look at it, and that she remembered me from the day prior. We went out to my vehicle and opened the trunk in which she said it was pet hair and would need pet hair removal, and that it was unlikely to come out, but stated she would try to get some of it out. I thanked her many times, and felt I was very nice about it. She then told me to just pull my vehicle into the self service vacuum and she would vacuum it herself. I pulled my vehicle over to the stall and she started vacuuming while I was still sitting in the car, and stated the self serve vacuums were stronger than the ones they use, and it's hard to get pet hair out, in which I told her I understood, and that that was why I came and paid for the most expensive wash option because I didn't have the equipment to do this at home. After maybe 3-5 minutes, she said she was done and did as much as she could do. I saw some hair was removed but not all of it. She also stated she would let the other staff know to pay extra attention to that area the next time I came in. I thanked her for that and she left. After all of this, I wasn't really satisfied with the way my concern was handled. I didn't appreciate being questioned on what the issue was, and wished she had just taken the keys and completed the process from start to finish again or something. Having me show it to her made me feel like she doubted my concerns and honesty. I also would have appreciated the girl at the booth showing me a menu or something so I could see what was really included in the full wash and what my money was going to. Overall, the people were generally nice, and I received an adequate job on the wash and on the interior, but after the cost and the way my concerns were handled, I probably won't be back. I can do this quality myself for a much lower cost, and without being questioned on the concerns I had. I really wanted to love this place, but just wish my experience and concern had been handled differently, and wish my car was fully clean. See attached photos of before and after as well.
