They also offer you a choice of "fat or skinny straws" which is something that actually matters a lot to me in my drink buying. I believe the young man working there was named Allen and I didn't get the woman's name but BOTH of them on two different days have been working there and have been so helpful and kind and pleasant and happy and it just really makes a difference in your day when someone is extra friendly and helpful. I've honestly lived in centerville for much of my life and haven't really been a frequent visitor of RB's but after multiple great experiences with great staff (and great Straw options;)) it makes me want to go there every time. To clarify, this is Randall Brothers, and apparently there are a few (?) in the area. Pretty big gas station/convenience stores, with lots of fountain drinks to choose from, and plenty of snacks. I was in and out for the gasoline, and that's about as easy as you can make it. Lots of pumps, same crummy prices as the next guy. As a side note, I'm a topper. I know that "topping off" your gas (pushing it past the point where it clicks off in search of ending on a round number) is advertised as "creating a hazardous condition" in many a warning label, but that's who I am. A topper. Be warned that, at least my pump tonight, kind of stuck a little. Combine that with the fact that even a short squeeze of the pump at these ridiculous prices blasts out at least a dime at a time, and you've got a condition tonight that hand me ending on a very non-round number. Side note completed.

I came…read morein for a synthetic oil change, and it was immediately clear the attendant in charge of my visit perceived me as unknowledgeable in regard to my truck. For context, my Tacoma is 5 years old with less than 60K in mileage. The attendant recommended both front and rear differential service, transmission flush, radiator service, cabin air filter, AND battery replacement. This location will push services on you solely based on your Carfax report, without verifying any fluid levels or status. At Grease Monkey the attendant told me my radiator, battery, and transmission came back "bad". Mind you, I had recently tested the coolant with a hydrometer, with no instances of even mild overheating. And the battery had a small amount of acid accumulating near the negative terminal that was easily cleaned with a baking soda solution. (Recommending an unnecessary battery replacement is environmentally irresponsible IMO). If you're a single female, I strongly advise against visiting this location as they will likely try to take advantage of you.

I was quoted…read more$100 for a very specific small job and when I booked I got a text later stating they have a shop minimum per hour cost of $130. I had a coffee spill in just the driver side front section and not under the seat as my car has a 2 inch ridge to catch stuff like that. The shop I took it to took 15 minutes max including check in. It was extraction and then combed through for crumbs and then washed. So of course I tipped well for the $35 cost.
