The guy on the phone said had tire and could mount it. We told him we were less than 15 minutes away. When my boy got there he thasaid they had 2 four packs an oil change and a wheel alignment in front of him now it would be 3 hrs or so . We explain to him again that the trailer was on the interstate and we needed to move it ASAp and couldn't he take 5minutes to mount a tire. He said no and told us we would not be able to get that tire anywhere else but there. We said the heck with that went down the street to NW tire had us out in 15 minutes with 2 new tires and same brand tire for about 1/2 the price . I do not recommend anybody use this this store

This went on for 8 months saying they e Would fix it and reimburse me for expenses. (Rental, storage, etc) they backed out. They said they used a torque wrench and dont to tighten oil bolts. It fell out when in Fargo, January 3rd. They said they would pay to have it fixed and reimburse for a rental car. They backed out leaving me with the cost of storage, vehicle cost of engine being swaped. Stuck in a hotel, etc. They took responsibility. Had phone call recorded and had to take them to court to prove it. On the recording manager said he would have my car fixed. After recording played he said he mever said that, after listening to himself. Judge looked at him like he couldnt believe he said that. They lied to me a lot and put me through so much stress. They should of been thankful it wasnt on the highway as the storm prevented anyone from going on the roads. Lies from the shop, to court. On the phone they even admitted they would of tightned it to 13lbs max. Should be tightned at 29lbs for my car. (Not even halfway tight) The one on main kepty keys before and wouldnt give me my car unless I bought tires so had to get the police involved. All NW tires have caused me problems. 2 of my neighbors also had lose oil bolts but caught it before damage could be done from NW express oil changes.

We called him and he came out 12 miles on the interstate East of Jamestown. of course our axle was nowhere in stock on Earth. He got a very rare spindle and repaired the axle and got us on our way in a few days. very nice guy and very competent.

Nothing more scary than a major part braking on your vehicle and your hundreds of miles away from home. They took our truck in right away to look at it. They also lent us a car to drive to Fargo for a part they didn't have. We had our toddler and dogs with us and we're worried about being stuck for days. With the lent car, the part and quick service to replace the part we got back on the road in just a few hours. We totally thought we were stuck for days but with their great help we were able to continue home. Forever grateful for their help that day!! Good people do exist!

I called up GCR TIRE and they had four Firestone tires on hand and they were able to get me in and out within an hour. Over the weekend I hit a shredded semi-tire that was on the the interstate. Worried about driving to Montana and back home to Minnesota over the next week with a clunk sound at low speed in the steering, I called up GCR once again. The great new manager from Minnesota ,Dave,and Zach were able to check everything out after dropping me off at the bank. Expecting a hefty repair bill, I was surprised to find out that the noise is the result of a rubber bushing that was damaged and not necessary repair. I was safe to keep working and continue driving.
