But when he gets defensive and says "it's the same formula as you had before." And the other guy says "well you should have read the sign that there are no refunds or no exchanges." OK I get it but can't you see that they are two different colors?" I showed him my picture but he seem to have thought I was making it up. I kindly told him that I probably won't return. I might have also told him that he should try not to get so defensive with the customers he actually told me, " Lady you haven't seen me mad."
