We've been to MANY HD dealerships, including 3 today aline, & this particular one has always been a standout. On arrival, there's a large, open, well-lit parking lot & the snow is always cleared! Once you enter, staff are friendly & personable, beyond the usual greeting & sales pitch. There's a genuineness in the interaction that one doesn't see often. They are well-stocked & it's clean. The facilities are well-maintained & very accessible. They even have a nice seating area, complimentary coffee & bottled water - and offer to get it for you. This was our final stop of the day in our Road Glide hunt. We struck out again, however we did leave our info and our preferences in the book of knowledge & we'll wait for the nice gent to forward potentials to us as they roll in.
