Limp mode continues to come on. Broken wires on a brand new fuel filter. Nothing they have done has turned out right. Now I have a warranty for a shop that can't get anything right and refuses to correct their wrongs. I don't know what to do at this point. Oh yea, I have to add that NOT ONCE did they confer with me about the repairs ($4200 worth of repairs) PRIOR to doing the works that were completed. They just called when they were completely done and said that my truck was done and before I could pick it up I had to have guaranteed funds.

I dropped it off on a Thursday and received no update until I called them the following Monday. They told me my car was ready to go and they had tried to call that Friday however I have no missed call or voicemail. When I picked up my car they said their technician couldn't recreate the issue and my belts are fine. Unfortunately I had to take my keys, and drop off my rental before coming back to take my car afterhours. I should have started it up when I got my keys because after returning immediately the squealing was present and only got worse after I drove. I left them a voicemail immediately asking them to call me back so we can resolve this issue. A full week has passed with no word from them. TLDR: I paid $107 for an oil change I didn't ask for, my issue was unresolved, and they need to get their ears checked because my belt is still singing!

I had a battery alert on my dash yesterday and because it actually dinged I actually heard it over the radio. Anyway! I was coming up to Casselton and sure enough luck was with me as I pulled into the Tessoro and there was Gordy's. Well, when you need help you just need help. And they were very friendly and businesslike and checked me out. I needed a new alternator but probably could limp along home. I did and this am was able to bring it to my local mechanic.
