They came with a wrecker, got us settled in their warm vehicle and towed us to their shop. My husband was coaching a chorus in Bismarck on Friday evening and all day Saturday, and we would be coming back through on Sunday. J&L assessed the problem and said they would have it fixed and ready for us on Sunday when we came back through, and they did! They went above and beyond to take care of us and get us back on the road in the frigid cold weather. We are sooooo thankful for their willingness to help and their skill in getting it fixed so quickly! Thank you J&L Service!!

We couldn't get a hold of anyone else and we got a hold of K & D. First off they did not tell us how much the charge would be. All the guy did was drive 16 miles out, bring like $5-$10 worth of fuel to get us to the next station, and the charge was $208!!!! Are you kidding me?! That is outrageous. Yes I know it was our own stupidity that we ran out of gas but that is basically robbing us, and he did not tell us how much it was going to be, so what if we did not have that much? I am very upset about the whole thing. It was stupid and ridiculous. DO NOT use this company.

I had to raise the body to remove the fuel tank which was full of large rust flakes. Eckmans auto repair rebuilt the carburetor but didn't check the cause of rust in it. Real smart. Budget auto took advantage of me and told me it was repaired. I've had 5 custom vw trikes and this is the worst I've seen. Stupid me.

I have never been treated so badly by any business in my whole life…read more I called in April, and the soonest detailing appointment I could get was May, 27. I was thrilled to have an appointment because my car needed it so badly. Then I found out my son was flying in to Fargo from Oklahoma to see us on May 27. I called immediately to reschedule. I was told the next soonest appointment was June 30. The following day I called back and asked to be put on a waiting list. Again, I was so looking forward to the service. About June 27th, I tried calling to double check the day and time. I left a message and asked to be called. I left approximately 5 messages that week. On the morning of June 30, I arrived at their location at 8:00 a.m. Their sign said they would open at 9:00 a.m. At 9:15, a young girl arrived. I went to the door, was treated with disdain and told I wasn't on the schedule. I told her the whole story, also about calling that week. She acknowledged getting my messages, said they discussed that I wasn't on the schedule, had no reason for not calling me back, and treated me rudely with a negative attitude. I spoke with the owners father who promised me he would have his son call me. I've never heard a word....not even an apology. I don't think I have ever been treated worse by a business
