106$ oil change for my VW (full synthetic). After a two hour and 15 minute wait. They came out after an hour and a half to tell me they were waiting for an oil filter they didn't have (should have told me when I got there). They told me the full synthetic would be 70-something, which I agreed to. They rang me up and it was 106. I asked the cashier why and he told me that my VW required special oil and a special filter... they should have told me that from the beginning. I would never have gone there. I asked them to check my tires... that didn't happen either. Things that would have made my visit better: communication from the beginning that I would be waiting for two hours. Also that my oil change would be 106$. So frustrating. I'll try a different place next time. read more

They should be called "Slow Lane" if you ask me. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and asked if they could check the slow leak on a tire as well. Tire sensors were also off (they had rotated last) so I asked that be fixed. THREE hours later it was done. They tried to charge $20 for the sensors being rotated when they failed to do so at the last tire rotation. Paid for the tire to be fixed (they said it was a leaky valve) and oil change. 3 days later the tire they "fixed" was at a pressure of 11 and sensors were still off. I called and spoke with a manager that didn't seem to care. I questioned if the services were even done to my vehicle. He assured me they were and said to bring it in and they would look at the tire again. I brought it in again and they "fixed" the tire again at no cost but said they could not fix the sensors because the signal on the key fob was too weak. Is that even a thing? Next day the same tire is down to a pressure of 16 and I'm done with this place. They are a joke! Got my tired fixed somewhere else and they said it was a previous patch that was leaking, not a valve! Idiots! read more

When does a $39.95 oil change cost $50.29? When you have a coupon at Quick Lane! I was so angry that I paid the $50.29 and left. I was afraid of what I might say or do. I did, however, question the manager and he gave me a shoulder shrug and told me I'd have to take it up with the General Manager. This is a classic "Bait & Switch" which of course is illegal. Do not come here. We were originally quoted 45$ for the works. They charged us 83$. I was asked when I brought my car in for service if I wanted full synthetic to witch I replied NO. When we were charged double what we were quoted I asked why it was so much. He said because they used full synthetic oil and that there was nothing he could do. Came in on an early Saturday afternoon for just an oil change. Wasn't busy at all so I figured it wouldn't take long like the guy working at the counter said. He went outside to get mileage and info from my truck and left it unlocked with my valuables inside. An hour had passed so I went outside to make a phone call and noticed it still was sitting there and was unlocked. Asked for my keys and left. I would do the service myself but I don't have the tools in Manhattan. I would not recommend this place for service and I won't be coming back to give them future business. read more

I brought my car in for an oil change. They had quite a few people waiting but told me it would only be an hour or hour and a half after waiting for my car for over 2 hours. I am a bit disappointed. The oil change is great and they have a package called the works for 30 bucks that rotates the tires but such a long wait and they always seem to find numerous things you should fix on your vehicle. Good oil change just need to be a bit quicker!! read more

Doesn't inclusion of the word "quick" in the name imply that the work will be done faster than average? If so, this place needs renamed! Despite assurances at the front counter from the manager that they'll get me right in and it "shouldn't take long at all," I waited an hour and a half for a basic oil change -- and it was only done that promptly because I hurried them along so I could get to another appointment. Today's service wasn't an isolated incident; it has taken at least that long or longer every time I've gone there, with or without an appointment. So thanks for cashing in the free oil change we built up to, and the gazillion emails you flood my mailbox with, Quick Lane! I'll remember your insanely slow service every time I get in and out of the Midas down the street in a fraction of the time. read more

At 74 it was difficult for me with the health problems but I was determined to find the reason why I was refused serviced after taking my vehicle there for a number of years and services . put a cardboard under the oil , and transmission pans for the next 72 hours starting it several times during this period ..there were NO oil OR transmission leaks or drops So this was a fabrication ( truth in business ) having not done anything physical on vehicles for the past six or seven years and still determined I went and bought jack stands and put the vehicle up . after chiming under and looking checking It looked as if the drain plug bolt had been rounded off I couldn't get it out ...So back to town for a 37 dollar extractor set to remove the plug .After a good deal of wangling I got it out , It was tightened down so tight because the service man did not put the crush washer or just a regular nylon washer back on went he reinstalled the plug. I'll change the filter and oil and replace the five dollar drain plug And at my age do it right . But as much as I now have heard about this place they will never go out of business that says a lot for the mentally of the general public , it was P. T. Barnum that said there's a sucker born every minute . read more

Do they know what they are doing now? I dropped my Honda Pilot off for an oil change on March 1 while I took our dog to the vet nearby. They called my husband to say the back brakes were at 3 mm and really needed new brake pads and the brake routers were showing some cracking so would need to be resurfaced or replaced. Hmmm...husband declined and decided to take the Pilot to Honda for brake work. BUT Little Apple Honda said both back & front brakes were at 5 mm and did NOT need to be replaced. (It would have been so easy for them to make some quick $$. Instead, Little Apple Honda charged me nothing for the almost 1 hour it took for them to thoroughly check my brakes.) HOW did Quick Lane come up with their measurement? Also, price of an oil change went up approx $10 from the last time we brought it in to Quick Lane. Is this what new ownership and management does to quality of service? And the technician marked the sticker for the next oil change as 4/1/17. One month on an oil change? I don't think so. This vehicle will not go back to Quick Lane. read more
