We started using this shop several years ago, never had an issue. Noticed that he has new workers there, one specific that is very rude. Pick anywhere else to go except here. They didn't have a matching tire in stock, so it had to be ordered. Chuck let me know it could arrive between 1 and 5 and promised to call. I wasn't expecting to spend $267 that day, but I truly appreciate their focus on safety over shortcuts. Once the tire came in, I got the call and returned.
