We replaced that carpet earlier this year and it has been great even though I had to pay for another thing of carpet. This last project was good, floors in upstairs hallway looks great. They messed up the carpet at the top of steps but it was fixed. Here's my issue, if it wasn't for my sales person Amy nothing would have been fixed. I tried over several days to get someone and NOTHING! I reached out to Amy and she jumped on it. The person that I spoke with on the phone to confirm the appointment was not the nicest and very bothered with me. Did the company change ownership over the last 4 years???
