Saag chicken was really good 5/5. Tandoori chicken 4/5. Fresh food, decent portion, not too spicy.

The food was amazing!!…read more We went on a dinner date for a birthday, and were greeted with food items that were new to us, as well as well known dishes in a reimagined way. The paneer and avocado galouti was melt-in-mouth, the techa chicken lolypop was amazing (just the perfect amount of spice), and the paneer lababdaar was one of the best I've ever had. Then came dessert and oh man... The cheesecake rabdi was insanely delicious. Not to mention their cocktail and mocktail selection (we had the mango bite and cordelia). The entire place was pleasant, service was good, and the food wasn't just tasty, but also beautiful... we felt guilty as we tore into it. Planning our next visit soon.

Now the food--so good and thoughtfully curated. The avocado paneer galouti completely surprised me (in the best way), super melt-in-the-mouth and packed with flavor. The reinvented paneer lababdaar was indulgent and comforting, while the thecha chicken lollipop brought in a bold, spicy punch. Drinks were just as impressive--the Cordelia cocktail was smooth and refreshing, and the mango bite mocktail was playful and nostalgic. And you HAVE to try the rabdi cheesecake--such a creative fusion dessert and easily the highlight of the meal. Kudos to the chef Vaibhav Savant for bringing such innovation to Indian cuisine. Service was friendly and attentive too. Can't wait to go back!

Flavors were…read moregreat, the butter chicken almost had a bit of coconut flavor last time I went, but was creamy and delicious. Lamb korma tasted pretty authentic and delicious. Meats were tender in the curries. The garlic naan was quality. I'd definitely regular the place. Mango lassi was fire as well. Prices are great, 65 ish before taxes and tip for 1 chicken, 1 lamb, samosa starter, gulab jamun, and this one other dessert. Added 1.99 per person for mango lassi.

Pakoras--good, good sauces, got ten in takeout order Samosas: you get two large, they're spicy, and tasty. The mint sauce is spicy as well Plain naan--good chewy fluffy texture, flavor lacking so garlic is better in our opinion Malai kofta (mild)--good. Second time we had this our mild request was not honored and they were medium-hot. Paneer tikka masala (mild)--good, though paneer harder texture than usual Garlic naan: the garlic butter smell was great, and taste was good Not as good: Navratam korma (medium) no mushroom--medium spicy helped this dish, as it wasn't as tasty as the others. Perhaps too much coconut in the sauce Mixed vegetables (mild) no mushrooms: although we asked for mild, it was spicy. I wasn't a fan of the seasonings under the spiciness, either.

Standout dishes were the mustard (shorshe) Ilish and the jackfruit with shrimp. I also liked the shukto and aam chutney. Luchi and aloo sabji (not part of the thali) was also flavorful and light. I also tasted some of their veg chowmein and loved the smoky wok he taste. Service was attentive and my glass of water was kept filled at all times Ambiance was calming with the silent television and instrumental music with lovely bits of decorations such as the Bankura style terracota horses near the entrance. Parking was easy and cheap if you park in San Pedro square parking lot. I will certainly be back to try more items off their regular menu.

The greeted us and made sure we were all comfortable and never rushed us in terms of ordering or needing us to leave. In fact, the staff allowed us to stay until they closed so we could relax and enjoy the company of our friends who we don't get to see often. Arch, the main server was the one who took care of us that evening. He made sure all orders were taken correctly, food was brought out timely, and we had everything we needed. We have some friends who can't handle spicy food or who are not accustomed to India food. Arch made sure their accommodations were met as well as making sure they understood the types of food they were ordering. Some of our friends are not crazy about Indian food but said they really liked this place and would come back again on their own. My husband being Bengali, the food brings back nostalgia of home. Appetizers, main courses, and various drinks were ordered. All we delicious and well prepared. After dinner, the staff played birthday music and brought out a surprise dessert for my husband which was a nice surprise! We enjoyed this place very much and were very appreciative of the extra time allowed to stay with our friends. Food was amazing, staff was very accommodating, and the vibe was very welcoming. I would highly recommend this place if you have a special occasion or just want a night out with some friends.
