Wanted to share my experience with Quest Wireless. We were moving our son back from college and he indicated that his iPhone broke and he wasn't able to make any calls and in the process of moving my wife drops her phone and her phone was broken. We arrived at 10 AM and dropped off our phones and they were ready by 1 PM. We're happy to keep our iPhones running and satisfied with the quality, service & price! The employees make sure to walk me through repairs and keep me in the know. This business makes dealing with pesky phone problems manageable and pleasant! May 5, 2014 I purchased two Samsung Galaxy S II. One works fine but on the 12 of June 2014 (a week after the 30 day limit), the other began having issues. It would reboot itself and then just buzz over and over. I brought it back to quest to see what they could do, hoping they might take some extra measure to please the customer and hook me up with a repair or, well, anything. I just need my phone fixed. The short, heavy set, dark haired employee said that it was the power button. "It happens a lot with these phones and there's no way to fix it because the power button is hardwired into the mother board." In other words, I handed $150 for a phone that I now have to replace. Well, I happened to be driving near a CPR (Cell Phone Repair) store and figured I'd ask them. They said it was the power button, but that they could repair it for $85. In an attempt to give them a second chance, I called without saying I had bought the phone from them. I asked them about the power button and "Tommy" said that it is not a reparable item. I asked to speak to a manager, he said he was the manager. I'm very disappointed by this company and do not recommend them. They're like a shady car dealership that the car breaks down right after the warranty is up. read more

I took my iPhone here about a month ago for a cracked screen. They put a cheap screen on that didn't work properly. I took it back twice and they would work on it and it still wouldn't work. Also, when I took it there originally they said it would be done in two hours. It took 5 hours, even then it wasn't done and they went back and got it ready and handed it back to me. It stopped working on the way home. I then took the phone to mission repair and they fixed it correctly the first time. The screen I got from Mission Repair was obviously higher quality just by looking and touching. Don't go to this place. Go to Mission repair. read more

I have had my kids iphone 4 and iPhone 4s repaired here. Both times the repairs were of good quality and a fair price. When my son wanted a new iphone 5S we called quest and they have us more for the used 4S than ATT offered. I have been pleased with both experiences. read more

Never again. These guys charged me $140 for an iPad screen repair that my brother in law got done for $100 elsewhere. Then, when the same iPad broke again, the techs at a different repair shop told me that the failure was due to the poor-quality materials used by Quest Wireless. I had to pay another $100 to undo that damage. read more

I bought an iPhone from the store on Ridgeview. After a day of using the phone I noticed the battery would not keep a charge. I also noticed the screen kept "freezing-up".., would tap on the screen and nothing would happen. I took the phone back , explained what was happening and I wanted to return the phone. They told me all sales were final so I could not return it. Told me they would replace the battery but that would cost another $20. Gave me a $10 discount since I had just purchased the phone. I am very dis-satisfied with the phone to this day and would absolutely not recommend the purchase of any re-furbished phone.., from anyone and particularly not from this business. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra amount for a 2 year contract and just get a new phone! read more

My dad brought my iPad here about 2 months ago to have our screen replaced. After about 2 months it suddenly stopped working. Wouldn't turn on at all. When I went to the apple store today they told me that it is this place that caused it. Definitely take you apple products to Apple only! Now I am out $800 dollars for the iPad plus the money I had to pay quest to fix it. read more
