    Ancient Pyramid

Sooo soooo much fun. We did the Ancient Pyramid and we got to the third section of the room and got stuck! Very fun, can't say too much more without spoiling. Very clean and organized, all the doors opened easily enough.

Smash Therapy - 40 Person Event Women's Association BC

    Smash Therapy

I'd give it a solid 3.5 stars. Pretty fun actually and relieved a bit of stress every time I…read moresmashed a bottle. A bit pricey though in my opinion. The girl at the front desk speaks Mandarin and decent English. They have a couple different rooms and you have to sign a waiver before going in. They need your ID (driver license or passport) normally waivers only ask your age (maybe birth date), name, cell, email, etc. but not necessarily an ID number. Felt a bit odd but it's alright, however, the had another opinion (example) as your ID..they asked your SIN. WHAT??!!! Who asks that? That's illegal. Unless employed or tax return, NO ONE not even job interviews or school can ask you for such information. I was skeptics and didn't sign the waiver until I get there. They are pretty lax when explaining about the waiver (actually they didn't explain at all, just said read this through ok fill it out and walked away) not rude but could be a bit more welcoming for sure. Due to Covid they are "out of items" except bottles. Fun and a decent little workout but a bit disappointed that they have nothing but bottles. I mean if you are still opened, you should still have some options. You pay $10 per person going in then you pay whatever you're bringing in or buy from them to smash. Price varies. Take about 30mins and ended pretty fast. I'm guess each "$10" is 30mins? If you finish before 30mins and want more bottles, you can go to the front desk to purchase more. Washroom is decently clean but super dark (everywhere is dark) black walls, some lights not working, and one stall wasn't work either (meaning only one stall left. Parking lot right outside though. I'd say it's really fun but with the distance, price, and the fact that's there's only bottles..I might go there after a long while. Definitely not a place I'd go often or recommend to everyone.

I found this place because of groupon and loved the idea, so I bought this as a gift for my friend…read moreand me. The place was very dingy considering how new it was when we went there. And I obviously wasn't expecting it to be super nice for a warehouse to break things, but even the washrooms weren't clean and didn't have toilet paper, etc. There was unfortunately only one person at the desk and they also run a photography business, so even though we made a reservation, we still had to wait almost 40 minutes after our start time. They gave us an extra keyboard to smash due to the delay. The PPE wasn't very protective I'd suggest wearing thicker shoes/boots. I'm still giving it three stars since it is a great idea and the price was fair due to the groupon, but I wouldn't come back to pay full price.

What an amazing day! We throughly enjoyed our zip line experience with Andrew and Elijah as our…read moreguides. The group was small so there wasn't a lot of standing around. The guides were helpful, informative and efficient. The forest scenery was absolutely gorgeous with a light drizzle of rain. I have done several zip line tours and this one definitely had safety locked down. It required no athletic ability so it was easy for someone in their sixties and a child who barely weighed enough to be included. What a wonderful way to spend an afternoon. The location was stunning! Did I mention the lavender lemonade was such a special treat?!

There's a total of 6 zip lines. They start at shorter and easier and increase in difficulty. I wouldn't say it's a very extreme zip line, there were plenty of young children doing it as well. Fun fact: the longest zip line is slightly longer than the Space Needle in length! There were about 8 people on the tour with my husband and I (not including guides). I think the only con is having to wait for everyone at every canopy which is understandable for a safety point of view but can take some time and I'm a bit impatient. But you're quite high up so I took the time to enjoy the views, peace and quiet of being in the forest! Also, a good opportunity to strike up some conversation with everyone else. The staff helped us get into our gear, get in and out of every zip line and gave us a velocity push when we wanted extra speed very kindly. Halfway through the tour, you even get freshly made lavender lemonade which was delicious. I would try to book this in advance if you're trying to go on a weekend. I went on a Friday afternoon and was lucky enough to book same day. All in all, if you're looking for a fun day trip activity nearby Seattle - this was an hour and a half drive and just a lovely day! Would come back for sure!

This zoo is right up Government Street which is perfect since it rolls right into your plans of exploring downtown. This is a tiny zoo. You can be done in 10mins or you can choose to listen to the guide and be amazed! The guide did a fantastic job of explaining things very simply and creating lots of opportunities for folks to touch some of the passive bugs. The most amazing thing was how they had setup the ants showing exactly how ant colonies work. Lots of beautiful tarantulas to see and learn about creatures that I had no idea about before I went here. Loved it! Totally worth the $20 entry fees as an adult.

Felt lucky to be there when their were (hourly?) hour long guided tours of the small space. My total visit was 2 hours long and I would have enjoyed easily another hour. Laughing kiddies, watchful but smiling parents, and enough interesting facts presented with double entendres that was not dumb down for the adults in tow. All in all an unexpectedly fantastic experience that has me yelping! :-)
