On Friday, we discovered that the urine culture was never performed because the tube was incorrectly filled. Because of this preventable mistake, we still do not know whether he has an infection, and he must now repeat the test. Waiting four days just to learn that the test was never performed, while my father remains in pain, is completely unacceptable.
