I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Milan Laser Hair Removal in Fairfield, CT! From start…read moreto finish, the team made me feel comfortable, supported, and truly like part of the family. My consultation a few weeks ago with branch manager Kiera was excellent--she explained everything clearly, gave a great overview of laser hair removal and its benefits, and never pressured me into buying anything extra. It was refreshing and put me right at ease. My first treatment today with Jen was perfect: completely painless, professional, and full of attention to detail. Jen, Kiera, and Jianna are an amazing trio--they work together so seamlessly and really bring the whole place together with their warmth and expertise. The caring atmosphere Kiera sets as branch manager, along with Jen's and Jianna's wonderful support, makes this location truly special. They go above and beyond to ensure great results--no missed spots or skin issues--while always prioritizing your comfort. It's clear why people keep coming back! I'm already planning to buy full-body packages for friends because I know they'll be treated just as well. I can't recommend Milan Laser in Fairfield enough--Kiera, Jen, Jianna, and the team are outstanding. Looking forward to my next visit! Five stars!

I've had an extremely frustrating experience with this laser hair removal place. I've been paying…read moremonthly for the past 4 months, yet I haven't been able to receive proper treatments because they are either unable to schedule me on the days I'm available or they cancel without notice. On August 26, I came in for my appointment but was told I couldn't be treated because I was tanning month ago and that's understandable so they only did a small test area and rescheduled me for September 9. When I arrived on September 9, I was told I didn't have an appointment--even though I had the confirmation. If it was canceled, I should have at least received a call or email. Instead, I wasted 30-40 minutes driving there only to be turned away. To make matters worse, the receptionist offered me only half a treatment (half legs) and expected me to wait an hour, even though I pay for full legs and had a confirmed appointment. It's completely unacceptable to be charged every month, go 4 months without treatment, and still not receive the service I'm paying for. This place needs to take accountability for poor scheduling, lack of communication, and wasting customers' time and money.

And when I received an email from New Beauty & Wellness that…read morereferenced Cranial Sacral Therapy (CST) which is 'light touch' treatment for those with pain, stress, prior injuries, I booked immediately! And splurged for the 80 minute session. The next day I walked into the spa and was impressed with ambiance. However, that's all I was impressed with. Went downhill from there. Was taken almost 10 minutes late for my appointment. Then the person who worked on me took another 5 minutes or so to give overview of treatment as well as get my reasons for being there. The 'light touch' couldn't have been more literal. And it was more of an 'energy' Session in my opinion. And to top it off, she finished early. Major disappointment, Waste of money and time. While that was just one experience and treatment, I do remain skeptic. There is a new location in New Canaan. I'm likely to go there instead and perhaps I'll have better service.
