I've had an extremely frustrating experience with this laser hair removal place. I've been paying…read moremonthly for the past 4 months, yet I haven't been able to receive proper treatments because they are either unable to schedule me on the days I'm available or they cancel without notice. On August 26, I came in for my appointment but was told I couldn't be treated because I was tanning month ago and that's understandable so they only did a small test area and rescheduled me for September 9. When I arrived on September 9, I was told I didn't have an appointment--even though I had the confirmation. If it was canceled, I should have at least received a call or email. Instead, I wasted 30-40 minutes driving there only to be turned away. To make matters worse, the receptionist offered me only half a treatment (half legs) and expected me to wait an hour, even though I pay for full legs and had a confirmed appointment. It's completely unacceptable to be charged every month, go 4 months without treatment, and still not receive the service I'm paying for. This place needs to take accountability for poor scheduling, lack of communication, and wasting customers' time and money.

Feeling uncomfortable, I chose to leave. She asked, "You don't even want a face and back check?" No, thank you. I will seek out a practice where I feel more comfortable.
