They charged me $856 for an office visit and all they did was give me a strep test and a covid test. My insurance paid $500 and they want me to pay $850. This may be a financial scam type of place. I wish I NEVER went. AVOID it and go to another MedCheck. ABSURD! read more

And you were treated with respect and your business was appreciated. Now you could die in the waiting room from old age waiting and they could care less. If you are a walk in there is no way how long you might wait. You might sit there 5 hrs and then have them say they can't see you . I can understand they are busy but they should be able to tell you your wasting your time and to go home. I miss the good old days when a person would answer the phone or greet you and help you. My wife was unable to walk and so someone very quickly greeted her with a wheelchair and they checked us in within a few minutes. Already, we had a good feeling about the experience. Soon they x-rayed her ankle to see if it was broken, and the good news is that it was not. They sent out the x-ray to a radiologist who was offsite and they came back within minutes with the results. It was amazing. They taped her up, gave her a support boot (exactly her size) and some crutches that they adjusted for her. I was so impressed that I had a time they were finished, my wife was able to walk out of the facility on her own. Stephanie was the healthcare provider on duty, and she gave my wife excellent treatment from start to finish. She explain to my wife everything that the radiologist said in the report. Everyone else on the team was very good as well, including Amber, Crispin, and Tiffany. Thanks to everyone on the team! We will definitely go there next time we have a medical issue. Highly recommend!

She paid for an uber from campus, checked in and waited in the waiting room for over 45 mins. When she approached the desk to check on wait times, she was told "Oh, we don't take your insurance anymore. We'll cancel your copay. You can just leave." This very sick young woman left in tears. Unacceptable to let her sit right in front of you for almost an hour and not tell her she could not be seen. Outrageous, callous front desk behavior. Strongly suggest you go somewhere else.

I was greatly disappointed and realized quickly visiting him was a great waste of time. My "physical" lasted roughly 3 minutes, where after asking me my height & weight he just wrote down for me to go get a blood test and come back a week later. He appears to just look to get patients in and out as fast as he can so he is able to bill your insurance company. Which was evident in him seeing 5 different patients in the first 15 minutes I was in his office. If you are looking for someone to just write you a prescription without actually being checked out by a doctor, he's your man. If you are looking to be actually seen by a doctor go else where.
