Went to quest to get some yearly blood work done. The online process was very easy to follow. I…read morehiiiiighly recommend that you sign up online as opposed to a walk in. Signing up online gives you priority. I was surprised to see that there was no staff member available upon entering. Guests had to sign in using a kiosk machine which is not user friendly to all people. Especially those who struggle with technology. I had to help multiple guests while I was waiting my turn. The small office space with 5 chairs had about 9 people in the room plus people waiting outside the office. It took about 10 extra minutes past my scheduled time to be seen. Staff was lovely. I was very disappointed to see four urine samples lined up in the bathroom when I had to go do mine. I was told to leave mine with the others. That is unsanitary and there's a potential for urine to be tampered with.

I wanted to lay down which was fine but after 7 vials my veins didn't want to acquiesce she was horrible as I felt unwell she said "good job my colleague isn't taking your blood- she wouldn't put up with your nonsense" she walked away and when I asked her to help get me a chair she said I can't get a porter and I was afraid to get myself up and get out of there in case I passed out I used my cell phone to call front desk and a porter arrived and wheeled me to the car which was just outside the main entrance I had water in the car and I lay flat on the back seat until I felt okay to drive this was a year ago snd I forgot about it until my dr sent me for a new blood test but I said please send me to any lab but not the lab In Norwalk hospital- hopefully the rude woman is no longer there but I'll never forget her for all the wrong reasons

Some were OK, while others were awful! By far, having my mammogram performed by Norwalk Radiology Consultants was the BEST experience I ever received. To begin when I called to schedule my appointment, a PERSON [Melissa] answered the phone. I mentioned that I did not have a mammogram in over 10 years. We discussed my Medicare insurance. I was informed a mammogram screening would be covered but that an ultrasound, if I wanted one, involved a fee since Medicare no longer covered it as part of a routine screening. I opted for the mammogram screening without the ultrasound. NRC immediately sent a thank you email to me for booking my appointment with them. They provided me with an electronic medical record release form that I forwarded to my prior radiologist. When I arrived for my October appointment, Trea and Erica warmly greeted me. I simply handed my driver license and insurance cards and I was set! No reams of paper nor e-forms to fill out. Rather I was handed a beautiful pink insulated tote bag. How very nice indeed! After a very brief wait (I arrived early for my appointment), Liza walked me to my private dressing room and then I went for my mammogram. Although my appointment was on a Monday afternoon, NRC called my home the following day at 8:59AM with my results. Wow, what service! In addition, my results were sent to my PCP. Super !!! When I arrived home, I turned on my computer and was pleasantly surprised to receive another "thank you" email for my visit.
