Don't go to this place! Most of the nurses that work there have bad manners and don't care about your time. They find ridiculous excuses to make it feel like it's your fault. Again avoid and go somewhere else where they treat you with respect. You would think with the amount of negative reviews they have, the manager would take some action. You reap what you sow. And please don't even try commenting or explaining yourself in comments. You know what to fix, so fix it. read more

40 Cross St. Norwalk is not recommended to use. Ones, a few years ago they mixed my blood test with someone's else. This year a hispanic lady was rude and didn't care to help me with a code for my test. I didn't know where to get it, she said - "go ask your doctor, I cannot do it without it". I was so upset :( So, I went to another Quest office at East Avenue and they helped me immediately, explained me and gave me everything I needed. read more

Went to quest to get some yearly blood work done. The online process was very easy to follow. I hiiiiighly recommend that you sign up online as opposed to a walk in. Signing up online gives you priority. I was surprised to see that there was no staff member available upon entering. Guests had to sign in using a kiosk machine which is not user friendly to all people. Especially those who struggle with technology. I had to help multiple guests while I was waiting my turn. The small office space with 5 chairs had about 9 people in the room plus people waiting outside the office. It took about 10 extra minutes past my scheduled time to be seen. Staff was lovely. I was very disappointed to see four urine samples lined up in the bathroom when I had to go do mine. I was told to leave mine with the others. That is unsanitary and there's a potential for urine to be tampered with. read more

Their hours during the week state 7-5. Waited over an hour for them to open--along with about 8 other folks. They never opened. Finally left at 7:45. According to the nurses arriving at other doctors' offices, when they saw the line behind a locked door, they all said. "This happens all the time at this Quest". Unacceptable. I appreciate that Quest just gave me a standard "canned, mea culpa" response. Here's how I want to finish this: Quest, take ownership for your management decisions. You chose to go to a one-person staffed location, You chose to have an automated phone number that didn't allow anyone who was waiting patiently in-line to try to call to find out if any tech was going to show up, And finally, you get what you pay for. If you poorly compensate a nurse/technician, than you are going to get irresponsible employee who can't wait to get a better paying job. Sorry, let's just call it for what it is. read more

Sorry I went here. I arrived early for my appointment and the waiting room had more than the maximum patients for social distancing. My wait time was displayed as 37 minutes and then 67 minutes. I was ready to walk out and then it changed to 6 minutes. There was only 1 worker drawing blood so she was busy. I set up a Quest Account so that my results could be sent to me immediately. I had 2 doctors order lab results on me. I only received one set of results. So far, I sent FIVE messages through my Quest Account but the workers are brain-dead. I also called the 1-866number and was on hold two days in a row for over 2 hours. No answer. I called the 610 Quest Patient Advocacy number twice and left a detailed message. No answer. I emailed Quest Patient Advocacy. No answer. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO ANOTHER LAB PROVIDER WHERE HUMANS ANSWER THE PHONE OR ANSWER EMAILS. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE LACK OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICE RENDERED TO ME BY QUEST. THEIR "IT" PEOPLE NEED TO READ MESSAGES AND FIX THE PROBLEM. read more

Avoid this Quest location and go to East Ave in Norwalk instead. The early morning technician with the name tag of "Sharon" was rude, confrontational and illogical. Lets start with how easy it was to book an appointment online. I was done in less than 5 minutes. No need to call but if for any reason I needed to there was a number. After I completed my appointment I could have printed it out but wanted to save trees. As soon as I looked over at my email my reservation was in my inbox. The next day I arrived early and noticed there were only two names in front of me. I signed in and then was called up to the front window to verify insurance ect. As soon as I went to take a seat I was called (40 minutes before my actual reservation since the two before me were done and put the door) A nice technician drew my blood one, two, three and I was on my way. Super easy process, clean place, nice staff. I will be back. Cool magazines but it went so fast I did not have a chance to read them. read more

I went to the Quest location in the Brick Walk in Fairfield this morning for a 7:30 appointment. The office was closed, despite their posted opening time of 7:00. There were 6 people waiting to get in. At about 7:35 a woman showed up who said she was a trainee and did not have a key, and she didn't know who was working that day. She made a phone call and then it was announced that someone would be there with a key in 30 minutes (i.e. after 8:00). More people were arriving for their appointments. I decided to leave and make an appointment for another day. This is totally unacceptable. read more

Very unfriendly staff with arrogant attitude is what I can best describe this center, they don't have email to accept doctors order but only fax which they hardly care about. They can not use printer for customer and it's hard for people who has urgent need/ time bond blood test. I am very disappoint with their service and attitude. They really need to be trained as good professional. Hope someday they will but for now description is very much true reflection of their service. read more

THIS IS LITERALLY THE WORST ESTABLISHMENT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. I had an appointment and still ended up waiting over an hour. The receptionist yelled at me and told me I never had an appointment when in fact, I did. I have been to other Quest locations before and never have I experienced such a nasty staff. Honestly everyone should be fired and new people who actually have a soul and care about other humans should be hired in their place. read more

My goodness, this place is poorly run! Please get trained by you Stratford location. They know how to do this. Horrible service, long wait times, and a staff that seems very busy shuffling paperwork and making small talk with nobody. I never thought I would review a blood draw, but after today I had to. The women who worked at this particular location today were phenomenal. The worked with a sense of urgency so I was in and out quickly with no wait, the draw was quick and painless, and they were so kind and friendly. I was there for a test I would rather not have, and the woman took a moment to speak with me and offer some support and hope. It was so appreciated. Thank you! read more
