You must take into account the nature of this office as a walk-in- clinic. There are priorities of seeing more acute patients first. Some have to wait. They are kind, compassionate and caring. They respect and listen to you. Since they are a walk-in, they may be limited in their orders. They are open and honest. Just what is expected. I will never hesitate to go there. You shouldn't either. There is a horrible virus going around which we contracted from an ill family member. He acquired at a hospital and brought it home. We are all very ill. I thank all the staff. Everyone protect yourself from anyone coughing. It might start as a cold. It is not in standard flu sets.

I've been a Lab Corp patient for years, but this was my first visit to this location…read more I had a blood draw nearly a month ago for routine bloodwork and still don't have results because of employee error. The woman doing my draw struggled a lot with the computer and trying to get everything right before taking me back on the day of the draw. Her dismissive coworker ignored her questions and instead was focused on her personal cell phone. Where is the management and coaching? I then got an email stating my insurance wasn't connected to my sample (despite giving the card and registering on the day of draw). I could not connect it online because the sample number is not connected to my name and existing Lab Corp account. I've called and left FOUR voicemails. NO call back. My doctor's office says the order is still "awaiting sample". The website has a specific page to give feedback on your visit, but this location's zip is too long so it throws an error message. I'm leaving a review here to warn others- It's been a month and I still have no results. I have to leave work today to drive over and hopefully get this fixed face to face, but I would have been better off going anywhere but to this Labcorp location for my bloodwork.

The women who work here are very very nice. I have been going here once a month for the last year…read moreand have had only a small handful of long waits. There is one specifically who does a lot of the computer stuff and takes the patients back she is so so so sweet and gentle when taking blood. I appreciate her a bunch. I really hope that the management that staffs this building can see that they need to add just one more person. Maybe a constant person who does the paperwork. Because there is no way these women can do it all and have speedy service every single time. I had difficulties with my paperwork and if there was a consistent person at the desk it would help with communication amongst the staff and keep the patients in an organized order. There was also a couple who waited for about an hour when other walks in's were taken before them, and I 100% believe one extra person would help this. I want to emphasize that I think the current staff is doing the best they can with their resources, hence the 5 stars but as far as management is concerned you guys need to do better with staffing.

My favorites are the two PAs; Jodi and the other provider whose name I unfortunately can't remember. They have taken care of my entire family with such genuine kindness, and you can truly tell they care about their patients. Today we visited the new Palm Harbor location, where Jodi took excellent care of my mom. She is professional, attentive, and takes the time to listen. She explains everything clearly and thoroughly, making you feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way. Our entire family has been coming to StadMed for years, and every visit has been a positive experience. They make us feel like more than just patients. they make us feel like family. I highly recommend StadMed to anyone looking for an urgent care that truly puts patients first. They deserve 100% of our recommendation!

I suffer from a sprained wrist and went to two other Urgent cares in the area, but none is even close to STATMED at Countryside Mall. Not only were they able to see me in a timely manner but they were able to do X-Rays on site (on a Sunday!) and provide a prescription to help with the pain. Thank you Rachel and Jennifer and everyone else who helped. In addition, they recommended that I see an Orthopedic doctor and gave me the name of one that took me on short notice, because I was referred by STATMED. If you need help, don't hesitate to use this wonderful facility.

The nursing staff and surgery center staff at North Pinellas Surgery Center were exceptionally…read morekind, attentive, and professional. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Anoop Goyal, who is a part owner of the practice, was the complete opposite. Dr. Goyal was the physician I had previously seen in his office and the person who ordered my endoscopy and colonoscopy. Despite that, before I was sedated for these invasive procedures, he did not introduce himself, say hello, explain what was about to happen, or have any meaningful conversation with me. When a physician who already knows your case is about to examine your stomach and intestines while you are unconscious, basic communication and reassurance should not be too much to expect. When I woke up from propofol, I was still disoriented and emotional. Dr. Goyal told me that he had taken biopsies but that it looked as though I "probably just have IBS." He provided no further explanation about what he saw, why the biopsies were taken, what they were testing for, or what would happen next. While he was there, I asked him to please ensure that my work note included the previous day, when I had been required to complete the colonoscopy preparation. The prep involved drinking a bowel-cleansing solution that caused constant, urgent diarrhea and made working completely unrealistic. I explained that I had a new job with no PTO and that I could lose my job and health insurance without documentation. His exact response was, "No way," and then he walked away. I left feeling dismissed, uninformed, and unsupported during an extremely vulnerable medical experience. The nursing and surgery center staff deserve recognition for how kindly they treated me, but that does not make up for the physician's lack of communication and compassion. I cannot recommend Dr. Goyal or his practice. If you want a physician who will speak to you before an invasive procedure, explain the findings afterward, and acknowledge the practical realities of medically required colonoscopy preparation, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. The star is for the staff but if it wasn't for them I'd rate this with a fat no star if possible. What kind of doctor won't give you a note, seriously?
