Today was another 5 star day. Got in on time since I made an appointment online. Saw an efficient, friendly, knowledgeable young woman (Val, you are the best!), and left within 10 minutes of arriving. This comfortable looking old house holds all the latest technology for testing and compassionate personnel who know their stuff and do their work with a smile on their faces. Staff is great. Issues: My results were never posted to MyQuest. Someone sent them to me but they were missing the CBC test results my doctor requested. My doctor never got them either. This is the second time (Different Quest Location) that my results have been lost or not processed. 2 Stars for the staff. Great people. read more

I usually use the NPR location of Quest, but this time I tried the Tarpon location. It's honestly about the same distance, but that doesn't matter. I was able to make an easy appointment on line, I was able to check in on line and go inside (other options include waiting outside or in your car) in their waiting room. My name was 2nd on the waiting list. The waiting area is comfortable. Seats are currently staggered for COVID seating and Masks are still required (That's cool. I'm vaccinated but I do still mask for the benefit of others.) I waited about 3 minutes, before I was called back to Room 2, which was large and comfortable. My Tech was knowledgable and I gave her a choice of arms as I'm blessed with "pipelines". She chose the left and she was able to take all she needed without any issues. I was in and out in 15 minutes. The only issue with the location is it literally looks like an abandoned place. Outside the parking lot is over grown, not well kept and the lot is strewn with debris. Might as well stick your arm in a vending machine. No front desk. No bathroom. No receptionist. Never again

Absolutely terrible service. The automated scheduler stinks. There is no way to talk to a human. When you arrive on site there is no receptionist. Only an iPad like interface for checking in... This is a terrible company that absolute embodies the problems with our health care system. Going there reminds me of the hospital scene from the movie Idiocracy! Run for the hills this place stinks! I came to the Tarpon Springs location as a walk in. Was not busy. A few people with appointments were seen, and I asked one of the nurses if walk ins were allowed just to confirm. She said "yes you should be next". The few appointments completed and then the 4 staff members perhaps went on break because I was the only one in the waiting room for a while, before the next set of appointments came in. The staff immediately started coming out and calling the next set of appointments. I nicely asked the same nurse if I shouldn't bother without an appointment. She said "we are just really busy". I nicely said I was the only one waiting, and she said "that's not true". I was shocked. I hope Quest corporate reads reviews because not only was this staff member rude without any cause, but they are losing money for the organization by not seeing anyone without an appointment during downtime. read more

The operator In the voice recording cannot understand simple English. No comprehension whatsoever od what the.patient is requesting. He might as well be talking in a foreign language. When I tried to change my appointment he was bot able to understand confirmation letters after over a dozen attempts. Useless would be an understatement. read more

I had to have a blood test for dr appt tomorrow. I had never been to Quest before. This location is new. The office was nice and clean. One phlebotomist was there that could see. I wished I had gotten her name but she was a very nice personable lady We had s lot in common as I had been a phlebotomist as well years ago. We swapped stories. Horrible service, the lady attending me was the rudest person. I had an appointment and had my lab slip on my phone, unaware you can't show a lab slip from your phone. She told me I had to have the dr send the order through her computer. So I called and had the order went through and now I'm sitting in the waiting room as a walk-in. Not to mention there landscaping and trees need to be trimmed. I parked and their tree branch is so long it got in my face when I got here and blocked me and I slammed my door on my head. I was having a bad day but the techs made my blood draw the best part of my day. Barely felt a pinch. They were very personable and made me laugh on an otherwise not so good day.
