Took three people to stick me and I never had problems with anybody sticking me ever. One of the phlebotomist pulled the needle without putting any gauze over the needle. I told the third one to go in my hand because I was tired of being stuck and he got it. It's pretty bad you gotta tell a phlebotomist where to stick you at ! My arm is very sore and black and blue. The phlebotomists need to go back into training and learn to treat patients with care !

He visited a chiropractor…read morewho recommended we see our primary and get a steroid injection when we get home, I decided to look for an urgent care in the area to see if they'd do this type of service so we didn't have to wait 5+ days and could finish out our vacation. I called Stat one as it had the best reviews in the area, I was told they could do the steroid shot and had their PA text me to arrange a time to meet at the office. Katie was great, we arranged to meet after both of us had finished lunch, she got my spouse in right away we discussed his symptoms and she gave him a steroid and anti inflammatory shot as well as sending in a steroid pack and muscle relaxers for him. This is better care than we get at our local urgent care in our town- we were highly impressed with the care here and recommend it to anyone who needs care while out of town we come down to Indian Rocks yearly as well as our entire family and if we ever needed care again we would totally be returning to this location! 1000/10!

Everything was explained to me in a manner I could understand and the staff addressed all my questions and concerns. I want to especially thank the pre-op nurse, Raizel, who went above and beyond. The ORs (Debbie, Nicole, Iris) and the recover nurse, Terri.... superb job on making me feel comfortable and taking good care of me! The post op nurse with lip fillers and glasses treated me so terrible that I left in tears. She ripped the IV out of my vein aggressively leaving my hand swollen and bruised 9 hrs later. She dumped my clothes on the bed and said "get dressed" 30 minutes following the procedure. I was still super tired and loopy. She didn't supply me with any items to help stop / control the bleeding on the way home or even clean up before getting dressed .The procedure I had left the bottom half of my body looking like a massacre scene and I was given nothing to clean up with. ZERO compassion or "care" were provided today by the post op nurse. See below pics of BRUISING from her ripping the stickers off me. When I said owww from the rip, she said "fine you do it" and left me to remove all of the stickers on me myself. I am traumatized by the post op care I received at this facility.

I was in Florida for a work conference last week and extended my trip for a short vacation in the…read morearea. Unfortunately, I ended up having a pretty severe allergic reaction to the oak pollen and found myself unable to breathe, with extremely severe congestion and my throat basically closing up anytime I tried to eat. I visited the Pasadena Urgent Care at 7217 Gulf Blvd. in St. Pete Beach, FL, where I saw Dr. Michael E. Murray. It was a few hours away from the time my flight back to Texas was scheduled, and Dr. Murray did a phenomenal job of quickly diagnosing me and sending my prescriptions to a local Publix that was on my route to the airport. They were out of injectable steroids in the office, so I was prescribed three meds. Diagnosis was quick, but I already knew what it was, so I appreciated how efficiently this office operated to ensure I was able to make my flight. I was absolutely miserable on my flight home, but after 24 hours on the meds, I'm already feeling remarkably better. They asked that I call in a few days to let them know how I'm feeling, and it really did seem like they genuinely were invested in me feeling better. Thank you so much! One thing to note - they do not accept insurance so you will need to separately submit. I paid $150 out of pocket, but they gave me all the paper to send to my insurance for reimbursement.

And my Dr helped me with everything I needed and more. I went to my previous dr for 3 1/2 years and he really didn't help me much. But, Dr Amy Strobbe listened to all of my concerns and she took charge. She did all my referrals, refills, and spent a lot of time with me. I would recommend this Group of Dr's to anyone.
