I'm not blaming the ladies who work here they get enough of abuse from patients because of them being short handed and have to wait or computers don't work. that's out of the techs hands, this is corporate's fault, make sure your equipment is working and hire enough people to work this location, it's not fair for your staff and your patients for the headaches

I went to Labcorp and they were not kind nor helpful. Plus the lady wanted me to get the work done even though she couldn't tell me if they accept my insurance so i walked out. Sure am glad i found Physicians Stat lab on Water St. The receptionist was very helpful, told me they took Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance and did my paper work for me. The other places they want you to do all that yourself, thus eliminating someone's job. Well the waiting room was full so I expected a long wait but she called my name in ten minutes, she took my blood and urine sample and out the door i went. I really like this place and i hope you have the fast, courteous service i got.

When it was time to go back the tech was comforting and caring to him as he was nervous and so was I. She talked him through the whole process and within minutes he was done. She was very quick and accurate in her work. Again I could not have asked for a better place. The front desk receptionist was also amazing and great at what she does. There was a line of people in her waiting area and she never once seemed frustrated or unpleasant. We were self pay as my son does not have insurance because it would be close to $400 p/m to add him on mine. They offer extremely reasonable pricing for their tests and Wednesdays are HALF PRICE!! At first I thought it wasn't an accurate listing but it's a fully operational clinic in the front parcels of Walmart next to Peguins Pretzel. The waiting room is small and only has six chairs, a sign in kiosk, and a tv with basic cable with patient waiting times on it. The waiting room is a tight fit if full but was empty when I arrived. The rest of the facility is carefully planned out to fit all of Quest's services. Past the waiting room door is two small open curtain rooms where blood is drawn. Only two employees were working when i visited (one for each room) Behind both rooms is a bathroom where a urinalysis can done. The handicap bathroom was bigger than the waiting room. From the time I walked in to the time I left the clinic was probably 15 minutes or so. I spoke with another patient who said the clinic on duck slough was packed with people and had a long wait. This place is convenient and does everything else the other clinic's do. It's normally open 7am-4pm with limited hours on Saturday. Available to walk in or sign up for an appointment online. According to it's website it offers blood and urine testing (non dot & dot) routine lab test; drug screens, pediatric specialty; glucose tolerance test and Blueprint for Wellness with or without biometrics.

Morgan took such good care of my momma I'm beyond impressed. it was such a stressful day but he made sure every little detail was covered. From his one poke IV to the warm blankets. He coddled not just mom but us as well. The staff were all incredible as well. From reception to Morgans assistant. I thank you For everything.

My appointment was at 10:45, and I was out the door by 10:55. I never felt rushed by Christy, who was my Tech. She had warm hands (thank goodness) and was excellent at her job. This is not the most pleasant exam, but she made it as pleasant as she could. I haven't been here in awhile. The parking lot is big. I found a place close to the east entrance door. Inside, there are 4 hallways, but it is easy to find central checkin in Suite 10, a large waiting room. They have a TV, a bookcase with books (50¢ each, if you want to own one), and up to date magazines. There is plenty of room for wheelchairs. The waiting room for mammograms is small & cozy, with low lighting. But I only waited a minute here. The exam room is spacious, and well lit. I will definitely make future appointments at this location.

I scheduled a 2:30 appointment online and arrived at 2:20. Staff had me fill out paperwork and rescheduled my appointment for 3 o'clock. The waiting room had only a few places to sit. Everything was setup so patients had to socially distance from each other and if the chairs were full other patients were told to wait in their vehicles outside. I didn't like the fact the front desk wouldn't give my driver's license back to me until I finished my drug screen after being called back. For my physical, the facility performed a urinalysis, blood draw, EKG, vision test, and in lieu of a TB test I had an on site chest x-ray. Prior to leaving, I saw a physician's assistant who went over paperwork I needed signed. The total time I spent in the clinic was about two hours. Staff seemed well trained and were courteous. I liked the fact I didn't have to go elsewhere for certain procedures and they were able to do everything on site. Unlike other urgent care clinics I've been sent to for physicals, I wasn't charged anything out of pocket for my chest x-ray which was nice.

Around 9:00 PM, I was informed that I needed a blood test; however, after attempting to draw blood by pricking me in two different spots, the nurse stated that she was unable to complete the procedure and would call someone else to assist. She told me to wait, but by 10:00 PM, I still hadn't received any updates. I complained about the situation three times, but each time I was simply told to keep waiting because they were busy. At 10:00 PM, I noticed that patients who had arrived much later than I had already been assigned rooms and were receiving treatment. I complained once again regarding the order of service, but the staff remained unhelpful and curtly told me to just keep waiting because they were busy. Consequently, I gave up on receiving treatment and returned home. The nurse seemed unskilled, as did the receptionist; it is a place I have absolutely no desire to visit again. I plan to go to an urgent care clinic tomorrow morning instead.
