The staff is super unfriendly. These women don't like their job and it shows. No good morning, no hello, no thank you. None of that. After you check in they will yell out your name when it's your turn to come in. Once you go in, no eye contact, you hand them the lab order and they will give you instructions in a rude way. On my way out I advised them that my insurance changed since the last time I was there and showed them my new card. The rude girl took the card, looked at it along with her screen, didn't do anything at all, handed the card back to me and said nothing. I asked if that was it? She said yes. I walked out. Is it going to kill you to be a tiny bit pleasant to patients?? Two stars because despite the staff being so unpleasant, the wait time was actually 5 minutes. Thank goodness I didn't have to be in there long. They seriously need training on basic politeness!! Oh, this place is on the 3rd floor. You can take the elevator up but you can't take it down. Staff Members rude & behaved unprofessional towards me. .Kept directing me to the appointment needed sign Really I been fasting since mid-night . Please update The Quest voice mail .Also experience difficulties with the voice prompts to schedule an appointment really . Needed some routine bloodwork and opted to go to this location over my doctor office. Much more convenient and not an office full of sick people. I made an appt online through their app and that worked great. I was given a code with one of those little scan squares. When I entered the office, I had to sign in because the code reader was not working. I don't know if it was broken or if it was new and not set up yet as there was a bag over it. Either way, I checked in and took a seat. Within a minute, I was called back to the counter behind the desk to give my name and what I was there for. I took as seat again for about 2 minutes and then I was greeted by the guy who draws blood. He walked with me to the little room and he was super gentle. Not even a mark on my arm. Find another location. Got some lady taking my blood, had tattoos on her arms. Seemed like she had an attitude. Im already uneasy about needles, she wasnt very comforting or polite. They were closing early and it seemed like she was hurrying me. I didnt drink enough water, so the blood was thick and coming out slow. So i decided to come back the next day. She hurried me outta there 10 min before they closed and locked the door as soon as it shut. I had a question about returning 5 seconds after i left and knocked on the door for 5 min and they never answered. Id never go back here. read more

I've been to this place once and I promised myself I won't go back there unless I have to. Well, I had to go again. everything has changed drastically. Not sure if management changed or really they read the bad reviews But they did a great job. 1- They will accept patients with appointments only and everything is Automated that is GREAT. 2- They ask you to stay in the car before the test or in their lobby. AND THEY FOLLOW THE SOCIAL DISTANCING RULES, Not only by a small sign on the wall, someone is dedicated to helping patients to keep their distance. AWESOME. 3- The best part: Almost zero waiting time. Your name is on a TV and your waiting time with a timer. They call names right at the time. and you are out very fast. 4- last but not least: The staff were so nice, caring and professional. All wearing mask (really covered their nose and mouth and not only their chins) Very impressive. I definitely recommend this place. read more

Terrible service. Sat here for almost an hour waiting and there were only three other customers there. No one came to the front to ask how they could help. One of the workers had an attitude with other patients. The time advertised was a one minute wait, yet I waited an hour because of the front desk staff and due to poor service and efficiency. There's not many patients in this place and still they manage to take an hour per patient for some apparent reason. Anywhere but here. GOING TO SAY IT LOUDER ANYWHERE BUT HERE. They are cramming appointments. It's overcrowded and social distancing is not really possible and they're not able to manage as a result their staff is curt and rude.My doctor had electronically sent over the lab orders and they gave me a hard time saying I should have brought in paper which is not true. I pulled it up on my phone and they said they couldn't take my phone nor could I send it. Then they ended up taking my phone and double checking ensure enough the order had been electronically sent in by my doctor. In a crowded waiting room they handed a paper cup to me and told me to go P in the bathroom in front of everybody including men. I was embarrassed to have to ask what do I do with it afterwards and she simply said leave it in there. The area that you had to leave it in was completely crammed with other urine samples and it was always impossible to fit the cup I had in there without touching the other samples it was disgusting. They go to take blood and they explain absolutely nothing. I get to the point I thought I was gonna pass out I realized she had taken eight vials of blood. I had no idea they were going to take that many they should have explained. This is the freaking Walmart of labs go anywhere else I think they have a facility that's opened in Pembroke Pines so sorry the one in Weston is closed now. read more

I recently visited this laboratory to get some blood work done. I had heard nightmares about Quests Labs and was prepared for awful and slow service. What a pleasant surprise! The lady holding the fort down was a delight! She was the only one there, so she did my paper work and my blood work. She was very nice and did a great job of calming my nerves before the procedure! I felt very comfortable with her. Because of the large amount if blood that was extracted, she was kind enough to get me some water before I got up and she kept making sure I was ok to drive. The whole procedure (from paper work to blood work) lasted about 20 minutes and I was done and gone! If anyone needs any lab work done - I would definitely recommend this location! read more

Just the thought of having blood work is scary but it has to gets done! It's a typical small waiting room with white walls and a window. You sign in your name the time of arrival and actual time of your appointment. YES i was 10 minutes I admit & valid reasons but as soon as she grabbed the sign-in clipboard, the reaction was inappropriate. there is no need to talk behind a patient to a coworker saying "This is what I'm talking about" and i know for a FACT she was talking about me and my lateness! She then asked for my Medical Insurance, ID and prescription and stated "you know you were late and we have patients in the waiting room that are waiting" I told her I understand and then she told me to sit for 3 minutes then took me in. Didn't make sense at all! So what happened to the patients waiting room? They are still waiting....I'm just a bit upset because there is no need for you to comment or talk under your breath and still be heard from a distance from that patient your talking about. This same person did draw my blood so I didn't want to react or backlash because she might start poking me everywhere! Hell'no! I am not having that! She used my left arm and poked once only. The experience was painless and fast. I did go there for blood work and nothing else. So come early or on-time, so you don't have to go thru what I went thru of being late! read more

I thought twice about yelping this place because it's like my own little secret...a Quest location that is amazingly convenient, clean, no wait, fantastic staff, and no huge ordeal taking blood samples. I wasn't a fan of Quest before this. Now I am. Dominique took my blood, no fuss and no problem and my veins are always too hard to find. She was fast, nice, caring and pleasant. I had an appointment today (12/26/19) at 11am. I arrived 10min before and nobody was at the frontdesk to greet the patients plus the sign in machine wasn't working. A little later the girl who works at the front desk came out and advised everyone to have all the paperwork ready for whenever they were called. She had a very short temper. I asked her a couple of questions priorbto doing the tests and she gave me such a bad attitude that I almost wanted to leave. I saw her giving the same bad attitude to other patients as well. She should NOT be on that role! Terrible customer service, I felt so disrespected. The lady who did my blood work was nicer but unfortunately it's the 1st time in my life that a simple procedure like doing blood tests hurt so much due to the pressure she put against the needle towards the end (see afterwards pics) I will NOT recommend this location to anyone. Look for a professional place where they care about their customers. I'm not going back to this location ever again! It left such a bad taste in my mouth. Set up and appt online, fairly simple and appts were available which was great. Sat outside the office until I was called. A new patient approached the front door since there was a nurse callings names to go into the office. The patient asked if she needs an appt or if they accept walkins. The nurse said you need a appt. The Patient asked can she set on up now. The nurse back again you need an appt sorry can't help you need an appt. ok? Walked in to this place was asked for a urine sample in a bathroom that screamed clean me please. Finally got moved to the waiting area where it was filled with people. The front desk yelled out to one of the nurses saying "why do you want to be Mr. fix it all right now come on" the nurse removes his headphones and grabs the clip bored to call a patient so he can draw blood. I nearly lost it. This guy was in the back organizing and repairing/fixing things while the office was packed with people walking to get there blood drawn. If it wasn't for me needing to get this down now I would have been gone. The nurse was very nice especially since it took a couple times to draw my blood. Not the best experience. read more

The staff here is absolutely terrible. the girls were standing around talking about their kids. The website said an appointment was available but it was not processing. it says that walk ins are welcome. no one greets you. you log in to the computer and then wait. 10 minutes later my name is removed from the list and the person behind a wall yells we only accept appointments. No where does it say no walk ins. I try the website and the appointment is still available but the site will not complete the appointment. they said they were too short staffed for walk ins and removed my name from the list. the office manager refused to give her name. when i said why the hell would they have everything say walk ins available and they wouldn't. This extremely lazy girl stephanie said don't curse at me. Not once did i curse at her and i said why the hell would it say walk ins accepted and there no signage, out of frustration. the 'office manager' who's name was "manager" said you cursed at my staff you need to leave. and they said they called the police. you can stand around talking about your kids but they couldn't apologize and say we can't take you today. they couldn't even put up a sign that says no walk ins accepted at this time. the website still has an appointment open and everything still says walk ins welcome. which is the exact opposite. they are anything but welcome. the lazy employees just don't want to work and will only do the bare minimum despite the fact they are being paid to accept walk ins. They had obvious work avoidance and are taking advantage of the company. read more

I wasn't allowed to take photos due to the nature of the office but I'm seriously never going to another LabCorp office ever again. I made an 8:30am appointment for fasting blood work and I've never been more impressed after leaving a blood work place. Not a soul waiting in the lobby when I arrived and when I walked up to the front desk the friendliest employee welcomed me with a huge smile, asked me to sign in then come inside. I honestly thought I was in a twilight zone. She processed mylab orders from my doctor right away and asked me to have a seat in their inside waiting area for maybe 5-10 minutes while she finished. Right after she put me in one of their four private exam rooms. Yes four individual rooms, not one or two rooms that are shared with 2-3 other patients getting their blood taken. Separate individual rooms for privacy! Loved it! This facility was incredibly clean but very cold so be sure to bring a jacket. Even though I was there all of 30 minutes, from start to finish, I did get really chilly. The tech that took my blood was extremely professional and did everything right. Usually a day or two later I'm significantly bruised on my arm from the needle but I'm not lying when I tell you it didn't even look like she drew 5 large tubes of blood. I'm really happy I took a chance on coming to this Quest location and plan on returning for all my future lab testing needs. read more

What an efficient facility! I normally do blood work in my doctors office. In spite of my appointment being made months in advance, It can take about hours to complete the task. At quest I made an appointment 2 days prior. The took me back on time , blood drawn 5 minutes later and I was on my merry way. Well organized machine. Highly recommended. read more

I went in to draw blood. I had no problem signing in. When the technician drew my blood she filled the tubes to the top. She got a separate tube for each test. I have some healthcare knowledge and you do not have to have a separate tube for each test and the tubes don't have to be filled to the top. If anemic not a good idea to remove so much blood. read more
