The doctor and nurse were very knowledgeable and, above all, CARING! Even though my test results hadn't come in yet, the doctor still called to see how I was doing anyway and gave me options if I didn't feel better. That's unheard of in my experience! When I got there, only one other person was is in the lobby. Just a note it's small inside plus they have seating blocked off due to COVID (Which I'm okay with). The staff was nice at the front desk and the paper work wasn't that long. I had another person in front of me , so I had to wait a bit in the exam room. The PA ( I'm saying PA cause usually doctors say that they are a doctor when they walk in, if she's a doctor I really do apologize ) asked me what brought me here and actually listened to what I had to say. She told me what she thought was wrong and ordered some X-rays. Additionally, she added an X-ray to see if what I thought happened was going on as well. Got the X-rays done and what she said was the right thing and she took her time out to explain why. Gave me a shot and I was on my way home. Woke up this morning in barely any pain compared to the day before. Thanks to the staff there for proving me wrong and taking good care of me.

No one explained anything until I asked. After a family emergency caused me to miss the two-day follow-up, the receptionist -- rude, unprofessional, and careless -- refused to help and said I had to redo everything. They were rough during the exam and even left bruises on me. I paid $120 and had to fight just to get $80 back. If I had her name, I would report them to the health department in a heartbeat. Save yourself the time, money, and disrespect -- do not go here.

In a healthcare setting, cleanliness especially in restrooms is extremely important. I hope management addresses this because it definitely impacts the overall experience. They know how to make you feel comfortable while doing their job. That's a skill! The results are delivered via your healthvana account so you don't have to return to the clinic unlike other places. So that's nice. I will say one downside if you're a newcomer is they do not answer the phones. If you have questions your best bet is to just go in because the phones never get answered and I doubt they return phone calls. But, it has been years since I've called so who knows?
