I came to this location three weeks ago and had to return today because they forgot to draw one of my labs request by my doctor and when the doctors office reached out to quest they didn't even receive an answer as to why my labs were never drawn. The quality of care given here is terrible and I will never be returning to this location. This is a waste of my time and prolongs me getting a diagnosis when they are forgetting to run specific labs.

The staff members here are all curious, friendly and very professional. I took about 10 min total for the wonderful lab tech to pull up my info and then draw 5 vials of blood. Painless and easy. All lab information is electronically then sent to your primary care physician so there's no paperwork for you to drag around!

It took 25 mins on the phone to make an appointment for the Fort Lauderdale location and this was after the agent picked up my call from the queue. I've used AKUMIN before and the staff is always great but the appointment process will prevent me from making any other imaging appointments in the future. I read other reviews from over a year ago addressing this same issue - AKUMIN do better!
