I chose to use a different lab. The new lab got me in same morning with only a 5 min wait and my results will be available before morning. I was previously a happy Quest customer so it's sad that the lack of customer care & communications forced me to leave Quest forever.

We checked in on the iPad which is super simple using the QR code I received when I first scheduled the appointment. We sat for about 5 minutes and they called his name. A large TV screen shows your name and where your place is in line. We literally were in and out in less than 20 Minutes. The phlebotomists working were fact, friendly and efficient.
