I never thought I'd be reviewing, nor awarding Quest Diagnostics ***** I think they've finally gotten their act together. I was reminded of my appointment electronically, early enough to make a change, if necessary. As I left my house for the 10 minute drive, I was texted with a code for check in upon arrival. As I walked in their door, I checked in, on my phone. Ever since the pandemic, I have shied away from checking in on a public tablet! There were fewer than 6 people waiting in the waiting room, and I was called into the lab in less than five minutes. When I left there were maybe 3 people waiting, and, yes, a number of people had been helped during that short time. What a difference it made! Someone had the right idea and was able to implement a much more finely tuned system. read more

Worst blood drawn experience ever! Super painful and my whole arm was swollen immediately after needle removal! When I was seeking for help, they just handed me a piece of paper to instruct me what to do at home. After a few hours following the instructions and I am still in pain and arm is still swallowing! Asked ChatGPT, suggested me to go to ER!!! BTW, I am very athletic and my vein is very strong and easy to draw blood! This is very first time I had problem with blood drawn! read more

I'd recommend this location. I love the seamless check-in because it was automated, different kiosks along the wall where you put your information. It gives you your wait time while you're waiting in the lobby with everyone else. It was a busy Friday and the predetermined wait time went a little over, but I understood with all the patients coming in and out. The phlebotomist was very nice. Facilities very clean. A simple blood draw and urine sample. I received quality care here. read more

Okay I don't know why this has low stars because it was amazing. I made the appointment, I got there at the correct time, and they got me in and out within 6 minutes. I am upset that I do not remember my phlebotomists name, because she was the nicest person ever. You should not do a walk-in because they were extremely busy, but the entire staff had the best attitudes and were super nice coming out and explaining if they had a 10-minute delay. I'm used to waiting for hours at a doctor's office, this place was apologetic for 10 minutes? Wow. I will absolutely use them again if needed. This is the best Quest location I've ever been to. Check in was easy, I was seen quickly, and my phlebotomist was quick and efficient. I also want to note that while waiting I witnessed no less than 3 patrons being rude to the staff and the women working were incredibly kind, courteous, and helpful, despite some obstinate customers. I wanted to make sure they were recognized, especially the woman in the all navy fit with the ponytail, white nails with red hearts. I didn't catch her name but she hadn't even clocked in and had the patience of a saint with a very demanding and loud male patient. read more

I went to get my yearly blood work here at the coral Springs and the girl sat me down was not able to draw my blood. She poked me twice and put the rubber thing on my arm so tight that it was red for about 20 minutes. She got blood on my pants and on my shirt. She wasn't able to draw my blood that had to get the supervisor to do it!! Very bad experience never again!! read more

Made an appointment here for 10:30, was seen at 11:00am. There were about 35 people in the waiting room. Give yourself time to park. When you walk through the main door, Quest is on the left hand side. You can check in on your phone, they send a text the morning of. If not, you can check in on the computers they offer in the waiting room. Chris called me in to draw my blood. He was efficient, nice and painless. I appreciated him. My doctor ordered my yearly blood test. I made my appointment with Wiest Diagnostic Coral Springs. I was early for my appointment. When I got into the room, I told the nurse she needed to use the butterfly needle on me. She said they did not have any. I told her that's a problem because I can only have the butterfly needle. She told me that I've never had her take my blood before. Tomorrow 04/17/2024 will be one week since my bloodwork which by the way came back great! My inner elbows are still black and blue! Quick, easy and efficient service. I'm going to assume that the bad reviews are from those who come completely unprepared for an appt. Booking is easy and so is the check-in process when you arrive. I was taken at the time of my scheduled appointment and given clear and concise instructions on what came next as I was there for a glucose test. After an hour of wait time due to the specific test, I went back in at the time they told me and was seen immediately. Be prepared with your insurance, ID, and any script the dr gives you and it'll be a breeze. Shout out to Jenny! read more

This one's to the ratchet tech who came out clapping her hands together with her two inch long baby blue fake nails and yelling at the patients sitting in the lobby that she removed everyone off the standby list an hour before closing... what kind of business allows their employees to behave so unprofessionally.. if the employees are that over worked and under paid then there should be some sort of protocol in place that doesn't allow walk ins or they stop allowing them at a certain time.. read more

I had to bring my son to do some blood and urine work. I got a little bit lost because where the place is located my GPS kind of jumps around, making it difficult to pinpoint the exact location. Must be because it's right by hospital, I am not sure, but there are no signs outside of the building that says what businesses or doctors offices are in the building. You have to park and go inside to see the directory and hope you are in the right place Once you come into the reception area, is very small and crowded. I walked up to the window, and I have never been here before, so I am unfamiliar about the process . The lady let me stand there for 5 minutes before she told me to go check in by an iPad that is right next to the windows. After that had to wait another 10 minutes to be called up so she could ask my information and get my insurance card. After that another 15 to 20 minutes wait to be called to the next room, and in there, another 10 minutes for the nurse to draw blood. I think I only saw one nurse helping everybody, which for the amount of people they had in the waiting room is ridiculous. The photo is the carpet. My child needed blood work and he actually said to me is this place even sanitary? Read***** the phlebotomist had gloves on and I questioned why there was liquid where he had to put his arm. She said oh that's water. Water??? From what??? Her beverage??? So with her gloves hand that she planned to use to stock my child, she wiped with a paper towel and then slid that same hand all across the top of the trash can lid. She thought she was about to stick my child and I said please change your gloves to which she argued that they were fresh gloves. I stated she had just handled the trash can lid and she kept arguing so I said please, to make a mom happy. She insisted said her gloves were clean but acquiesced to change them. I don't feel like I'm done with this. I would like to be contacted or I'm reporting to the dept of health. She decided that she couldn't take my child's blood so another person named Kim went ahead with clean gloves and a good demeanor and did it happily. read more

You must go to an iPad kiosk and sign in and then take a seat. Nobody says hello anymore. I had a question and I was told to just sign in and take a seat.... I actually just wanted to walk out because they were so rude to me. This lab is located in a professional medical building across the street from the Coral Springs Hospital. The times I've been there, they give patients the way they want or how they see fit, regardless of whether you have appoiment or not, the same appointment time for several people is fine because they have staff but they don't call them. the order in which they arrived and that seems disrespectful to me, I was the first to arrive because it appeared on the screen at my appointment time, the rest began to arrive later and to my surprise, everyone passed by and I was last and I only thing they said oh im sorry for that ... this local is sooo bad and the atentado for the patients is horrible ! read more

Just had my blood drawn this morning. It was at the Coral Springs location by the hospital. My phlebotomist was Amber. She was very calming and professional. Before we got started she had to handle a situation with someone who had missed there appointment time. She was extremely patient with them. I also liked that Amber took the time to explain how to relax by just calmly breathing. I had a good experience. It was a nice way to start my day. read more

Unfortunately know one likes getting their blood drawn. This facility is probably the most efficient around. iPad check-in makes it easy to accommodate a big group. The wait even when crowded takes less than an hour. The flatobomists are quite good here. This facility is located across from the Coral Springs Hospital now called Broward Health. I was there today for a blood test. The nurse tied in my arm a rubber loop that was so tight and unbearable to hold for one second. I told her I was in pain and she reacted in a terrible and impolite way almost shouting that if I wanted another person to do it, before I could replay she peeled her latex gloves and threw them in the disposal with a rage. Quest Diagnostics is the worst place. This should be less then zero stars. I needed to get blood work for my two year old son and I had asked if they specialize in children and they said yes. That in itself was a lie. Not only did they get defensive but became unbelievably rude. They were not able to get the blood work that is needed and blamed me because they didn't have the tools to take blood from a two year old. Efficient check in process and nice staff but phlebotomy skills a bit questionable. I have always been an easy blood draw and although bruising is a known potential complication, I am such an easy draw that it never ever happens and I get my blood drawn routinely. Only happened once twenty years ago with an untrained phlebotomist. Been rocking this bruise since going to this location on Wednesday and not too happy about it. Warning: LabQuest taken over by Evil Computer(Space Odyssey) 3 hrs waiting for confirmed appt. People in halls, cars, etc. Waiting A Nightmare-The Computer is making 15 appts for every slot and they can't control it. They have only 1 Butterfly for pediatrics and difficult sticks. My son has to drink bottles of water,+ pump up to take blood. He was dehydrated and the blood they got clotted- after waiting 3 hrs.(I got in only after I started video taping this chaos.!) And YESSSS I have video! People were sent away after waiting hours in their cars, halls and waiting area. They were then told they were now considered "walk ins" with confirmed appts. People who were on heart monitors and sick!! The Staff was feeling sorry for themselves- but not very kind to patients. I now have to deal with the Dr's resending to Lab Corp and the insurance company who will be billed for the 1 test they put the blood together for. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by this Quest. The assistant taking my blood the first time pinched me multiple times in my right arm lacking care and experience. I was complaining to her I was in pain but she was ignoring me and kept pinching me recklessly. It came to the point I had to call another assistant that came to take my blood in my left arm due to the amount of swelling and times I was pinched in my right arm. She was very temperamental. My right arm has swelled up, is bruised, and I'm in deep pain. This quest lacks care and training of staff. Very upset with this laboratory center. read more
