Sadly, We have had to visit this ER more than a lot of folk have over the last three years. But…read morehappily, it has been First Priority ER where we have been able to go. We have always been treated with exceptional professionalism, courtesy, and politeness. We have always gotten exceptional care. I hope we never have to go back to an ER room again, but if we do, this is where I'll be going.

If you are having a life threatening emergency please go to an actual ER…read more This took place in June 2021. I've been trying to see this in any way that would not make this "ER" look as terrible as it is. I have been unsuccessful. I'll make this as short as possible. My wife went in for severe stomach pain around midnight. She searched ER and this place was closest. They even have an EMERGENCY ROOM sign. She was placed in a room, nurse asked a few questions, then was left alone. A biller or front desk lady came in and said they know what it likely is but needed $800 before they could even say what she was paying for. She took my wife's cc (while shes crying in pain) and left. Card declined 3 times so she came in and asked for another. Baffled as to why an emergency room was holding life saving information hostage behind a paywall, I gave her the address to the actual hospital when she called me asking for $800, in pain, panicking, and sobbing. My wife left and drove to Christus Santa Rosa. There we learned her appendix was about to rupture. She had surgery that same morning. Something we paid for with heartfelt thanks. This Urgent Care let my wife leave without recommending she immediately go to the hospital, or asking if they could call someone, or helping in any way. If they would have done even that much i would not be writing this now. For all they care she could've died in the parking lot. We understand this is a business. They may have improved in the 5 years since this took place but I wont be risking my family here. This is a place you go to when your Dr. is unavailable. This is not a place to go if you're in an actual emergency.

I was seen immediately for my broken foot when I arrived. Everyone I encountered (front desk, nurse, X-ray tech, doctor) was extremely friendly. I walked away with a very fashionable walking shoe, a script for pain meds, a disc with my x-rays for referral to orthopedics, and a very satisfied feeling about having chosen this Texas MedClinic for my "emergency" needs!

They did test that I knew were going to come out negative because I figured it was a common cold. After telling me there was nothing they could do, I left paying $66 just for the note. He also told me he didn't see any irritation in my throat but I definitely did. I also told him I ate ginger garlic and lemon and tumeric to help and he didn't address that may have help. i worry that due to age he could not see what was wrong with my throat, because the nurse said she could see something and i could see something myself

I know the standards that veterans provide and they exceeded standards of any other medical establishment that I have been to in a very long time. The office and rooms are always clean and the staff puts you at ease, plus they are fast. No extra wait or me having to ask too many questions, as they are so intuitive. Yesterday, I went in for an infected finger and Justin Baker examined and explained what was going on and what needed to be done. He patched up my finger, provided my discharge instructions, and I was in and out in no time. I actually prefer to come here vs. gong to my PCM for urgent treatment. If you're looking for urgent treatment, go to them. They will exceed your expectations, like they did mine. Great job guys and gals! I will be returning.

I was speaking with a woman about my copay and explaining that I have only ever paid $35 during previous visits. While I was discussing this with her, a male staff member abruptly interrupted our conversation and insisted that the $50 copay was correct. I found his approach to be extremely rude and unprofessional. As someone who is new to the area, I was simply trying to understand the difference in my copay. I would have appreciated a little more patience, courtesy, and understanding rather than being spoken to in a condescending manner. I understand that policies and copay amounts may vary, but I believe patients should be treated with respect and compassion, especially when they are not feeling well. Unfortunately, this interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and discouraged from receiving care at your facility.

I gave four stars instead of five because the front desk lady who sits to the right (had shorter hair in a hair clip) if you're in the lobby looking through the window was very rude to another patient. The patient had went up to the window and inquired about his wait time in the lobby because he said he observed other patients being called back before he had been called back, and he had been there before them. Instead of her explaining to the gentleman the process of how everything goes, the lady on the left-hand side if you're looking inside the window from the lobby, explained to him that the specific procedure he was having, they wanted him to come in earlier and that he would be called back soon. The young lady on the right hand side if you were looking through the window, rolled her eyes so hard they almost got stuck in the back of her head. I thought it was so rude of her to do so, especially with so many eyes that were sitting in the lobby looking at her. Not sure if she was having a bad day or if that is her attitude all the time, but she is working in the wrong field, if this is how she is all the time. I didn't appreciate her attitude, even though it wasn't toward me,
