I hired CAP to remove asbestos siding from my home. I had spoken with and/or texted Jesse a few…read moretimes prior to the day the work began, so I felt pretty confident in his & his team's ability to get the job done, safely. HOWEVER, the day of -- Jesse's crew came by and immediately began hacking away at the siding, with no one wearing any sort of PPE or spraying any water (???). I quickly contacted Jesse and he apologized, and then apparently spoke to the team and ONLY THEN did they put on proper suits and started spraying things down. This left me feeling extremely unsafe and anxious for my health and that of my next-door neighbors, who have a small child. I had assured my neighbors that I had hired a reputable company to remove the siding so I was horrified at the carelessness with which they began. They gave me a lame excuse about one of the guys "being new" which makes no sense when you're a company that supposedly does this kind of work day and day out. Jesse seems nice enough, but I do not recommend.

Stephens replaced my whole roof after it started leaking when we had that big hail storm. Once I…read morescheduled the initial inspection, they told me that it'd take months and months before they could get out here to do the job. I was elated when they called to schedule the repair a few weeks later. I guess they squeezed me in. I wasn't exactly sure what it was going to take to replace the whole roof. But they walked me through it with the initial inspection. The replacement took four days. They didn't let me know how long it was going to take, but that's alright. The roof looks good. It's rained since it's been replaced, and there have been no leaks. I wasn't terribly happy that they removed and discarded two satellite dishes that I specifically asked them to replace once they took them off. We even discussed how they're not liable for tuning the dishes. They're gone. I keep finding nails in my driveway, which worries me. They had one small tarp to catch the debris that falls from the roof. I guess that wasn't enough. The craftsmanship looks pretty good. They caulked any holes, repainted all the pipe vents and stuff. My turbines are gone, and they "upgraded" to ridge vents. Overall, I'm satisfied with my roof.
