I have been attempting to call the number listed on the website and have not been able to reach anyone (because no one answers the phones over there, apparently) I called at 4 p.m. and prompt says they close at 4 p.m. (the website CLEARLY states they close at 5 p.m.) I have been on hold for over 15 mins, despite the prompt stating I am #1 in que and will be answered in 5 mins. Then another prompt that the call volume is too high and to leave another VM. This is INSANE! TERRIBLE SERVICE. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. ZERO STARS.

So I saw Dr Menoria at the hospital a very good pulmonary doctor. I called his number well it was Dr Shettys office. The office manager said I could not see Dr Menoria because he is part of Dr Shettys practice!! I talked with the office manger and she was so rude. I accused her of refusing treatment. She said she would not ALLOW me to retune to the practice. I am wondering if Thea doctors know how their personnel is treating their patients and ruining their practice? This is ridiculous!! Often when you call, you'll be sitting on hold for 20 minutes just even to get through to someone. Then when you finally get through, you can't even get in to see a doctor for 3 months unless you want to drive to the office an hour away. And even then, it's a 2 month wait to do that. They refuse to send or give you your blood test results until you schedule a follow up appointment with your doctor, requiring you to go back into the office and pay more money. They invest a ton into being the one stop shop (primary care doctor, dermatologist, blood draw center, etc. to increase profits, but sadly don't invest at all in the actual customer experience. As is evidenced by how low their overall rating is on their main Pak Medical Yelp listing (over 55 reviews, mostly 1 star). But the fact that nothing changes despite so much feedback from so many people tells you everything you need to know about what it feels like to be their patient. Definitely find an office and practice that cares about more than just money. This one sadly isn't it.

I've been trying to see this in any way that would not make this "ER" look as terrible as it is. I have been unsuccessful. I'll make this as short as possible. My wife went in for severe stomach pain around midnight. She searched ER and this place was closest. They even have an EMERGENCY ROOM sign. She was placed in a room, nurse asked a few questions, then was left alone. A biller or front desk lady came in and said they know what it likely is but needed $800 before they could even say what she was paying for. She took my wife's cc (while shes crying in pain) and left. Card declined 3 times so she came in and asked for another. Baffled as to why an emergency room was holding life saving information hostage behind a paywall, I gave her the address to the actual hospital when she called me asking for $800, in pain, panicking, and sobbing. My wife left and drove to Christus Santa Rosa. There we learned her appendix was about to rupture. She had surgery that same morning. Something we paid for with heartfelt thanks. This Urgent Care let my wife leave without recommending she immediately go to the hospital, or asking if they could call someone, or helping in any way. If they would have done even that much i would not be writing this now. For all they care she could've died in the parking lot. We understand this is a business. They may have improved in the 5 years since this took place but I wont be risking my family here. This is a place you go to when your Dr. is unavailable. This is not a place to go if you're in an actual emergency.
