However, the ladies working the front were extremely friendly and kind to me coming in and leaving. The nurse practitioner that I saw obviously knew what he was talking about because the moment I got home with recommended meds I started feeling so much better. The building seemed very clean and the tv wasn't too loud at all lol. Also, setting up an appt took literally 5 seconds online, made my appt on June 1, 2023 at 5:30pm to be seen at 6:15pm that night and was seen earlier if not exactly on time. I definitely recommend this place and will be coming here again for any future needs.

She asked great questions, did a quick check and explained what she was prescribing. I started taking what was prescribed by noon, it's 7:15pm and I'm already feeling some relief. Honestly, I have a healthcare background and I had a little attitude with my questions. I feel so much better, needed to find a new urgent care in the area and I found one that's good. Thank you Dr. Heather! ! ! FastAid you could have gotten 5 Stars, why I didn't give it was because apparently your sites don't have access to your server on weekends. Checking your insurance only happens Monday to Friday. Not good, I'm paying for a service not knowing if I'm covered. The second reason was that a group your size should have Point of Care lab instruments that are CLIA Waived onsite. PCR results are available within minutes and during an office visit. Check out your competition, I.e. TexasMed Urgent Care. They do, and were able to tell me my insurance wasn't covered by them anymore. I asked can you suggest anyone else, lucky for you they mentioned FastAid. Let's get some POC Confirmatory testing in office and I'll amend my review adding that 5th Star!!

Letting a patient know that they are going to have to wait over an hour to be seen even with an appointment would have been nice. No one wants to spend this much time in the urgent care it takes away from the meaning of urgent care.

When filing a complaint against this vengeful receptionist , I was greeted with closed doors, blind eyes and deaf ears. I am a senior citizen and am completely baffled at the least concern they give about the violent verbal abuse and laughed at in front of 3 patients in the waiting room. Staff refuses to interview the witnesses I provided, because they don't want to involve other patients that will expose this behavior that's acceptable to GRMG. And GRMC is even worse at receiving my complaint.

They did test that I knew were going to come out negative because I figured it was a common cold. After telling me there was nothing they could do, I left paying $66 just for the note. He also told me he didn't see any irritation in my throat but I definitely did. Continued to get worse and the following Tuesday I was running a temp between 100 and 104.  Made another appt on that Friday and explained symptoms were getting worse another BRIEF exam I was told take OTC. No additional script. It would work it's self out.  Sunday symptoms were not improving so I called to and the PA for meds.   I was told she would call back.  I called a second time and was told she would call but probably not till tomorrow. Never received a call At 8:30 I went to another urgent care. They did a thorough exam inc X-rays and determined I had early Pneumonia.  Obviously I won't be back.  I was charged 2 deductible's.  Wouldn't be a big deal except I had no relief from their exams.

The doctor came in to see me less than 10 min after I had been placed in a room. She spent a lot of time with me going over my issue, what I can do, what I can look into and what was being prescribed to help. I was greeted by all staff as I arrived and acknowledged by all as I was leaving. Friendly staff and exceptional service. It was a very welcoming and comfortable visit.
