Looked online before arriving and there was not much of a wait @ this location. For locations that have a wait time (others within 30 miles ranged from 30 minutes to 2 hours), you have the option to "hold" your place online. I, for one, was glad to simply find this location with a short wait. Since I have checked a couple different days, I can say that this Schertz location is consistently less busy. Upon arrival, we were pleased to find that the online status was accurate. Two simple doors next to the pharmacy with a few chairs that serve as the waiting room. It took less than 5 minutes for Sherrick to come out to check on us. When you first get here, you will be required to sign in with a little kiosk; main complaint being that you are required to give a debit or credit card even if you do not end up paying anything, which is what happened in my case due to my insurance. Came for a quick check up, was in and out in less than thirty minutes. Provided me with a full print out report, plus consultation time. I cannot start to any other employees here, but Sherrick was better than any primary care or urgent care center I have been to. Is that because he is a physician assistant, not yet deluded by the MD letters? ROr because MinuteClinic is awesome? Not sure, but no complaints here! Update: They called me a few times to check on me, to make sure I received my resume results for some tests. They were try rather persistent about it (three missed calls, two more call backs to make sure I scheduled a follow-up), and although I felt a little nagged, I confess this is a good thing. It shows these physician assistants are more diligent and care more than most other doctors I know!

This place is great! Unfortunately, I've had to visit twice in the past couple of weeks. I've been…read morevery sick without knowing what exactly I have. I went to my PCP and they said there was nothing they could do...go home. Well, 10 days later, I'm STILL sick, and they have no appointments in the next month. So, I made sure MedPost took my insurance and came here. I was in and out very quickly. Dr. Quenstedt was caring, knowledgeable, and thorough. She sent in a prescription, and I was on my way in no time. I ended up having to go back after a week because I felt better for a few days, then right back sick. I was lucky enough to see Dr. Quenstedt again, and this time, there was no snafu with the pharmacy, and I am feeling almost back to my usual self now! I definitely recommend MedPost for a speedy recovery when you're not feeling well or injured. Just a tip...be sure they have your correct info (DOB) if a prescription is called in. It caused me a lot of frustration to figure out the disconnect between MedPost and the pharmacy.

He had to call and apparently they did a mistake. It was from 3 years ago but it was paid. Even if he had one I think it's negligence to still not see him. That's something that shouldn't be deny. Anyways they take forever to see you here, once the doctor did come in he was nice and was able to help and figure out what he had. Went to San Marcos location, they refused to remove my daughters stitches due to her being frightened & in fear of the pain of initially having them in. They advised me to go to ER & have my FIVE year old daughter sedated to have THREE stitches removed. That's ridiculous and laughable. Left there and drove to the New Braunfels Location, the ladies there were great & had zero hesitation to remove them. Edna was fantastic, she was calm and kind with my daughters & had them removed in less than 5 mins. Thank you Med Post NB! It's nice to see customer service and patience in medical practice. *San Marcos location was great, during the initial stitches appointment, the staff on duty THAT DAY was great. I would trust him with any member of my family, and I know he would work my children in to be seen if emergent. He treats the patient as an individual and not a condition or diagnosis. He believes in preventive maintenance (preventing disease before it occurs) and delivers excellent patient education. His staff have a family atmosphere, and I have always felt welcome.
