Could definitely be more patient with sonograms. They rushed ours and we couldn't even see our baby. Very upsetting.

Extremely long wait even with appointment. Defeats the purpose of the "Minute Clinic"

This means that we have paid hundreds to this business. They had been so friendly and professional before that I reviewed on Facebook and encouraged others to visit. Today was a terrible experience - the worst from any clinic or any customer service - period. When we walked in this afternoon, there was just one other patient in the lobby. The receptionist was nowhere to be seen. After a few minutes the receptionist who said her name was Shalene but her name tag was backwards so I couldn't see her name, walked up. She acted like I was bothering her and it escalated quickly. Her tone was unprofessional and rude. Me: "Hi." Shalene: "What do you need?" Me: "My son needs to be seen. But I have a new insurance and want to know the price first, please." *Hand her the card. Her: Your ID and insurance card??? *I hand her the insurance and search my wallet for my ID. Her: I can tell you right now it is going to be the full price because of your deductible. You are not in the system so you need to fill out everything again. Have you even is s the iPad? Me: Your tone is really rude and I am not used to that here. People are usually really nice. Are you ok??? Her: you need to leave NOW. He cannot see the doctor. *Tosses cards over the computer. (Before we walked out to find another clinic she said she knew I was going to complain but she wanted to apologize but added that she was not rude and that I was the rude one. She mentioned she is employee of the month every month.) Wow.

The…read morethird time we went we saw nurse partitioner who accidentally wrote the dosage wrong for my daughter. The pharmacist caught it and I thought no harm no foul. The 4th time we saw the same provider and she kept moving her neck roughly (she had a neck sprain) causing her to scream and almost cry all while not communicating to my daughter at all what she would do next. My daughter has the highest pain tolerance of anyone I know. I asked her to stop, she refused. She kept touching my daughter even as I began to yell at her. I seriously had to pick my 7 year old up and run from the exam room to get her to stop. The whole time she's using unprofessional language speaking in double negatives, using ain't etc.. I immediately took her to the Schertz ER and received excellent patient care without my daughter screaming in pain AT ALL even when X-rays were required. When I left the receptionist did not seem surprised I was having an issue with this particular provider. I called after the ER and asked that the clinic director contact me. Again, the receptionist did not seem surprised. I was contacted by the clinic director who told me the regional director would contact me. Regional director essentially accused me of being racist for complaining about her unprofessional speech and dismissed her speech as being a ELL (I had no idea she was an ELL as all of her pronunciation was PERFECT), also dismissed my suggestions that he should speak to her colleagues as they did not seem surprised that someone was complaining about her patient care. He said he would "look into it" but I highly doubt anything will be done. Will absolutely never visit this clinic again. Sad because it is the closest to my home and the patient wait times are so short!

I got an…read moreemail asking about my visit and responded but it's been over a week and I haven't gotten a response. I followed up on the email as well. This is what my email said: Yesterday I had my follow up appointment for my annual visit with Brandi Breuer. My appointment was at 10am. I didn't see the physician until 11am. When she walked in she asked how I was doing. I took a moment to answer because I wanted to be calm. When she turned to look at me she already had an attitude, I guess because I didn't immediately answer her. I said, "well, my appointment was at 10am." I was just making a comment I wasn't trying to be combative but she got defensive and seemed upset that I had mentioned anything. Which, I get it, if it's busy it can be frustrating but what she did next wasn't called for. She then started reading through my results at the pace of a cattle auctioneer. It was so fast I could barely keep up. It was intentional and condescending. I had to say, "I'm sorry, can you repeat that again?" She said I have a cyst in my thyroid and somewhere else, I didn't know what that meant for me. Obviously it's something if it's being mentioned. So I asked what would happen if that ruptured and she said "this isn't like the movies" and I asked what was in it and she said "liquids", like I should already know that and was stupid for asking. She continued on reading everything off really quickly and closed the folder. Asked if I had any other questions and then said sorry for being behind but it was genuine. I didn't want to ask anymore questions or follow up. I get being busy and running behind, I normally expect to wait 20-30 minutes when I get to your office. An hour is a bit extensive so I made a comment just to get it off my chest and move on. I didn't expect to be reprimanded for it. I already don't like coming to the doctor. It's an anxiety inducing experience for me. 2 years ago, on my annual the doctor at your office (I forget her name) prescribed me anxiety medication. I didn't ask for this, she asked me if I had anxiety about 5 minutes after she started talking to me. She put me on something that made me have a manic episode for the first time and caused me to find out I am bipolar. She kept giving me different things that made it worse, I gained like 30 pounds, it affected my mental health so bad I had to be out of work for a few months. I finally found a psychiatrist and have gotten that figured out but I don't feel like she should have so quickly put me on medication for something that isn't her specialty as a general practitioner. So I am very wary of your services since then. I asked if I could see a different doctor this time, my mistake. All together, I left yesterday feeling defeated. I cried about it on the way home, and I don't cry. This wasn't a great experience. I don't want to have to look for another doctor's office because yours is so close to my home but I might have to after this. It really wasn't okay."

Two of which I showed up, checked in, paid my copay then informed that she wasn't available...after the fact. To which I'm somewhat forced to see another doctor. However, both of those times it seemed like no one talked to one another. Dr A said she can't prescribe my regular meds as she doesn't see the last bloodwork results. Was told I could reschedule and they'd apply my copay to the next appt, which then the manager Evelyn argued I couldn't...A different appointment, I had to see Dr B who states I have to take a month break before she can write another script & I have to come back in another month. Yet this was never mentioned during my previous visits with Dr Logue. Additionally they have a third party who calls regarding confirmations. I spoke to someone on the phone to reschedule which they confirmed, then was hit with a $50 no show fee. If Dr Logue goes anywhere else I'm happy to follow but I'm tired of the right hand not talking to the left. And update as of 3/26 - had an appt on 3/24, checked in and paid my copay. I was then informed by a nurse that I would see Dr. Karen...again after the fact. Instead of taking another morning off from work to reschedule, I saw Karen Johnson. She was very kind but immediately said I would have to give updated labs and reschedule...again. Charged my copay THEN I was hit with a No show $50 cancellation fee on 3/25.... PLEASE SEE ANOTHER OFFICE!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!

Never received a call At 8:30 I went to another urgent care. They did a thorough exam inc X-rays and determined I had early Pneumonia.  Obviously I won't be back.  I was charged 2 deductible's.  Wouldn't be a big deal except I had no relief from their exams.

She sent in a prescription, and I was on my way in no time. I ended up having to go back after a week because I felt better for a few days, then right back sick. I was lucky enough to see Dr. Quenstedt again, and this time, there was no snafu with the pharmacy, and I am feeling almost back to my usual self now! I definitely recommend MedPost for a speedy recovery when you're not feeling well or injured. Just a tip...be sure they have your correct info (DOB) if a prescription is called in. It caused me a lot of frustration to figure out the disconnect between MedPost and the pharmacy.
