Ms. Priyanka Mooney.... Is excellent! She always goes over my lab work and explains things to me if I don't understand. She ask lots of questions pertaining to my health and shows that she cares. I absolutely love my doctor, Samantha Logue but with all the hiccups and constant miscommunication, I have to part ways. Within the last 5 months, I've had to reschedule 3 times. Two of which I showed up, checked in, paid my copay then informed that she wasn't available...after the fact. To which I'm somewhat forced to see another doctor. However, both of those times it seemed like no one talked to one another. Dr A said she can't prescribe my regular meds as she doesn't see the last bloodwork results. Was told I could reschedule and they'd apply my copay to the next appt, which then the manager Evelyn argued I couldn't...A different appointment, I had to see Dr B who states I have to take a month break before she can write another script & I have to come back in another month. Yet this was never mentioned during my previous visits with Dr Logue. Additionally they have a third party who calls regarding confirmations. I spoke to someone on the phone to reschedule which they confirmed, then was hit with a $50 no show fee. If Dr Logue goes anywhere else I'm happy to follow but I'm tired of the right hand not talking to the left. And update as of 3/26 - had an appt on 3/24, checked in and paid my copay. I was then informed by a nurse that I would see Dr. Karen...again after the fact. Instead of taking another morning off from work to reschedule, I saw Karen Johnson. She was very kind but immediately said I would have to give updated labs and reschedule...again. Charged my copay THEN I was hit with a No show $50 cancellation fee on 3/25.... PLEASE SEE ANOTHER OFFICE!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! read more

Been seeing Dr Karen Johnson at Hillside for about 2 years now. She is awesome, great at listening and answering your questions. Her nurse Marie is super nice and treats me with professionalism, but also makes me laugh and feel right at home. Together they make a great medical team. There's several factors as to why I'm leaving a poor review. First, I had an allergy test done less than a year ago. After that, every time I'd go, they would ask if I wanted an allergy test, they would call and text offering an allergy test. It's concerning because shouldn't that be in my file? I'm assuming they get paid an incentive for allergy testing. I don't appreciate pushiness. There was another time I cancelled an appointment and said I would call back to reschedule. Not even 48 hours later they call me to set up an appointment. Again, I don't like pushiness. I'm aware they are closed weekends, but they have an after hours line so I called hoping to make an appointment for the upcoming week. Whoever returned my call told me I have to call during business hours. So I'm not sure what the point of an after hours line is. I'll be looking for a new doctor. I had originally posted this and then deleted it after someone replied to my review on Google, but decided to post it again as whoever replied to me was defending their practice saying an allergy test is recommended annually. The fact that the person replying didn't seem the grasp what I was saying made me post this on Yelp. Again, it wasn't a year later or close to a year later when I was being hounded for another allergy test. This happened weeks after and then continued months after. Clinics that are pushy about scheduling appointments when not necessary are concerning. read more

Mixed feelings. This was my Mother's first visit to this care facility. Pros: Office was very clean and orderly. Receptionists were very helpful and polite. Lab tech was accommodating and professional. Cons: Office was so short of doctors that we had to wait an additional 45 minutes to be seen. Dr. didn't give us any paperwork on prescription. I paid a $125 copay for an appointment that lasted under five minutes and consisted only of medication questions and lab orders. There was no physical exam, and I had to interrupt the provider as they were leaving the room to ask what labs were ordered and to request a referral. The provider felt disengaged, rushed, and dismissive. I understand labs are often done before visits, but I did not have an order. I was then asked to schedule a follow-up visit (and pay another copay) simply to review results, which felt unnecessary given how little care was provided during this visit. This is not my first poor experience at this clinic. Visits consistently feel transactional rather than patient-centered, with minimal evaluation or basic medical care. As a healthcare provider myself, it is concerning to see care delivered this way, especially for patients with more complex needs. I am disappointed and am considering finding a different primary care provider. read more

Staff is horrible but doctors are good. Long wait times , mistaken billing, and same errors over and over until you are utterly frustrated.

Great second visit today. Saw a different provider and she was just as good as the first one. Never had a issue as a new patient.
