Very clean and they took great care of me. I didn't have to wait long because they have a kiosk there where you can sign in, wait a little then go! I suggest that when you go there, go early because it does get crowded very quickly. I didn't have a place to sit, but I did put in my phone number and a text was sent when it was my turn. Their phone system is a masterclass in patient frustration, designed to ensure you never speak to an actual human being. Instead, you're forced to endure an endless loop of automated messages, none of which address real-life concerns. After trying and failing to confirm that my son's lab orders had been sent, I gave up and decided to drive to the location--still on hold after 15 minutes. The experience only got worse. The building is completely unmarked, with no signage indicating that a lab is inside. Once we finally found the lobby, it was as sterile and lifeless as their service. No receptionist, no friendly faces--just two self-check-in tablets and a camera keeping watch. Eventually, a lab-coated employee emerged and asked if we had an appointment. When I said no, I was informed that walk-ins cut off at 3:30 PM. It's worth noting that this critical piece of information is not listed on their website, nor mentioned in any of the many messages I was forced to listen to while on hold. We arrived at 3:33 PM. Three minutes late. The employee curtly informed us that they close promptly at 4 PM. The kicker? The entire facility was completely empty. Not a single other patient in sight. This isn't just a lack of customer service--it's an outright dismissal of patient needs. Quest Diagnostics doesn't care because they don't have to. Embedded with insurance companies, they have a captive audience. Patients are left with no choice but to deal with this appalling level of service. Our healthcare system is broken enough as it is, but companies like Quest dehumanize it further. If you have the option, avoid Quest altogether. You might have a better experience at LabCorp or another provider. At least there's a chance they value your time, concerns, and humanity--something Quest clearly does not. read more

I was at the location on Fredericksburg Rd. Highly advise scheduling a time online before you go. I arrived on time and was seen within 10 minutes. There were a bunch of people there before me and still there when I left. Only complaint: the cotton ball and two inch piece of flimsy paper tape placed over the puncture site on my arm was insufficient- I bled and bruised. No self adhering adhesive-free bandage to provide pressure was offered. I am an older person who might be on anticoagulants. If you want people to be up and out quickly, you should make sure the dressing applies pressure. That or let them sit for a minute or two and apply pressure themselves. read more

I always go to this location now, because I have to use a cane and the office is easy and quick to get into. The first time it was incredibly hard to find. It's in an older building next to the hospital, closer to Loop 410 than the hospital, parking is easy to find once you find the building. The building is a bit gloomy because it's older, but it's clean and the lab is such a short walk inside and when you have a disability that's important. The Techs are always friendly and helpful. Just be sure to use their website and make an appointment ahead of time so you don't have to wait. read more

I have been going to this quest for years and have never had any problems, however, I recently went to quest directly after a workout class so naturally I was in workout leggings and tank top. the lady looked at me and told me she couldn't draw my blood in that out because I was in my "bra". my stomach was completely covered and so was my chest. I checked the website and it doesn't appear there is any dress code for patients. she made me put on my jacket and roll up the sleeve or else she would not help me. I made an appointment here at Quest easily with MyQuest. I wish I had her name, but the gal that helped me was incredibly nice. I tried using my QR code but it wasn't working. She checked me in & took me in, even though I was 20 minutes early. She was so friendly and made my blood draw an easy peasy experience. She has short brown hair and the sweetest representative I've ever dealt with. I hope she somehow gets the recognition she deserves! It was today around 10am. read more

This place was very organized and professional. I made an online appt at 7:15 am for 7:40 am. Checked in by scanning my license and ins. Card. Called back at 7:44 am. Blood drawn by the amazing Jasmine. Didn't hardly feel it. Walked out at 7:52 am. I DO NOT like needles so I put this off for 2 months. Needlessly. I will come here from now on. Ty! read more

My 5 year old son was very anxious to have a blood draw performed. However, Thomas at the village dr location was so wonderful with him that he didn't even end up crying. This is my regular stop for blood draws. The folks here have gotten better but they can be busy and it could take up to an hour to be seen. If you make an appointment it should shorten you time. Gloria does a good job. The company took over 10 Days to provide results because "They" decided to send 1 routine test to California for no apparent reason. I can't give a great review to a place that stabs you in the arm and makes you bleed. They offer online appointment scheduling. When you do that, it makes things go faster. However, if you just show up, it takes an inordinate amount of time to get them to draw a sample. The tech is usually nice, or aloof. A little small talk goes a long ways to take your mind off of getting stabbed. I'm always frustrated by the magazine and television station selection at this place. Who in the hell reads these magazines?! And a television tuned into The View just makes me resent being there even more. The place is clean in the back area, but I get a general feeling of ick in the waiting room. Parking is relatively easy with a lot for the building. It's just not easy finding your way into the building. It's right next to the hospital for your convenience. read more

I recommend this Quest location. I was seen just a few minutes past my appointment time and my technician, Thomas, was kind and knowledgeable. I have had poor experiences at every other Quest location I have visited. It was a relief to finally be at a location where the service is fast, thoughtful, and safe. read more

Easy location for me to get to, for those looking for it it is the building before the hospital parking lot attached to the side of the hospital. Super friendly staff, got me in and out of there in 30 mins as a walk-in and were helpful. Smooth process all around. read more

I was simply having blood work done. I arrived at 7:50 and did not walk out until 9:25. They kept calling people who got there long after I did. When I questioned it they said they had people scheduled for appointments. They told me I was the next in line and then they called 4 more people who came in after me. I Will avoid coming here again. This location was hard for me to find at first because it the building right next to the hospital. Now that I know where it is, I use this location every time I have to get blood work done for my doctor. The building is kind of outdated and gloomy when no one is in there. The office pretty old to but is always clean. Well it has been every time I'm in there. My best advice is to always make an appointment online! You will get seen much faster than if you just show up and wait. I typically make mine around 8:15-8:30am. I've walked in at 8:00am and seen the waiting room pretty crowded but was seen way before them because I made an appointment. The nurses here have always been nice. But I think i've only seen the same 2 when I go because its so early. Each time I have also been in and out in 20 minutes or less. Even though they go fast, I never felt like they didn't do a good job. I always felt comfortable even though they're taking blood. The only bad experience I had here was just the communication with my insurance over payments but it was sorted out quickly. read more
