She was just getting to the food & activity improvement when we were told that she found a new opportunity more suited to her desired future. We would not want to stand in her way, but she is SORELY MISSED! The food has been based on cheap & overused oil. Nothing can overcome the nasty oil being used! The protein is limited to mixer of meat, bone, & grizzle that ruins every dish. Occasionally there are suspect cuts of real meat with little relation to real meat. Most often the facility depends on slices of heavily processed meat rolls. The people cooking have no sense of how to season the food! There's far too much of chili powder & coriander, to the point that we can't consider eating the poorly seasoned compositions. A superior chef is sorely needed! The activities were exceptional with Jessica Trevino. Jessica was pushed to do the job of at least 2 people, which ruined activities. The new activity director has been given far more support from CNAs, but Jessica contributed wonderful food & activities above & beyond what is currently provided.

I had an appointment and the kiosk would not read my barcode. Once at the check-in window, I'm told my appointment is not in the system. I show the clerk my email confirmation and she says 'hmmm'. Any way, they'll see me in a few minutes I'm in with the phlebotomist Maylynn. The stick is virtually painless. After removing the bandage later, there is no evidence of a stick. Just perfectly done.
