    So they tell me to come back in, and then tell me there's nothing they can do!! LOL

    This company is a serious joke. I would not come here again but unfortunately this is who my company chooses to go through for yearly biometric testing for our insurance. I went in on November 21st (has to be done by December 1st) and walked out in 20 minutes (nice, that seemed quick and painless!!). Two weeks later (December 5th) I receive a letter by mail saying that there was an error with the collection data and I need to come back in and get my tests done once again. So I call to verify and they open up a case about my test results. So I go to their "walk-in" clinic on December 7th and they start the tests, but then tell me that because it is now past the deadline of December 1st, that they cannot redo my tests because of their own company policy. So now my insurance goes up for the 2017 year due to Quests mess up! So much for taking responsibility! So these idiots at their call center open a second ticket to get this issue resolved with my tests. Update: On 12/15/2016 I received a voicemail from Quest asking if I had received a letter to get my test redone as they see in their system that I have not had them redone. I then return their call and ask "why are you asking me this? You sent me this letter asking me to go to any walk in clinic and get my tests redone, but when I showed at the clinic they told me they could not do the tests due to their company policy. And now you called me 10 days later asking WHY I had not gone to get my tests redone." The morons at this company proceeded to open a third case as to why I could not get my tests redone. On 12/22/2016 I call asking if there was any update as I have to the end of the month before my benefits are set in stone and I have to pay an extra $200 to my company due to Quests mess up. They proceed to tell me they haven't resolved it and are opening up a case! (A fucking fourth case!!!) Update on 12/26/2016 I call back once again since it has now been the 10 business days that say they need to resolve the case, yet the moronic supervisor is baffled that the case still isn't resolved, and suggests opening a new case to find out why the other case isn't resolved yet (here we go again). Update on 1/9/2017 I call back AGAIN. They still do not have my case from 12/15/2016 resolved. The case is still open even though it's been close to 25 business days now. These pee-on supervisors cannot seem figure out their head from their own ass at this point as they continue to tell me there is nothing they can do for me but open another case. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE AND THEY SCREW YOU OVER!!! If I could give negative stars I would!!!!

    Very clean and they took great care of me. I didn't have to wait long because they have a kiosk…read morethere where you can sign in, wait a little then go! I suggest that when you go there, go early because it does get crowded very quickly. I didn't have a place to sit, but I did put in my phone number and a text was sent when it was my turn. Their phone system is a masterclass in patient frustration, designed to ensure you never speak to an actual human being. Instead, you're forced to endure an endless loop of automated messages, none of which address real-life concerns. After trying and failing to confirm that my son's lab orders had been sent, I gave up and decided to drive to the location--still on hold after 15 minutes. The experience only got worse. The building is completely unmarked, with no signage indicating that a lab is inside. Once we finally found the lobby, it was as sterile and lifeless as their service. No receptionist, no friendly faces--just two self-check-in tablets and a camera keeping watch. Eventually, a lab-coated employee emerged and asked if we had an appointment. When I said no, I was informed that walk-ins cut off at 3:30 PM. It's worth noting that this critical piece of information is not listed on their website, nor mentioned in any of the many messages I was forced to listen to while on hold. We arrived at 3:33 PM. Three minutes late. The employee curtly informed us that they close promptly at 4 PM. The kicker? The entire facility was completely empty. Not a single other patient in sight. This isn't just a lack of customer service--it's an outright dismissal of patient needs. Quest Diagnostics doesn't care because they don't have to. Embedded with insurance companies, they have a captive audience. Patients are left with no choice but to deal with this appalling level of service. Our healthcare system is broken enough as it is, but companies like Quest dehumanize it further. If you have the option, avoid Quest altogether. You might have a better experience at LabCorp or another provider. At least there's a chance they value your time, concerns, and humanity--something Quest clearly does not.
