Didn't tell me the amount I would pay before I got the services complete. Winded up owing $110.00, I paid a little every time I got my check every two weeks. They sent me a threatening email stating that if I didn't pay the full amount I would be sent to collections. Then tell me how much I owe up front, I could have talk to my insurance to see 100% what was and wasn't covered. This place is awful and they don't care about anyone. I could just imagine the people who can't afford $10 to $20 here and there when they get paid. They slap people with bills they are not expecting. I won't ever use this company ever again. The waiting time is not first come first served even if you have an appointment. They are rude and inconsiderate with your time even when asking questions. They slam the glass door in your face to avoid conversation, all while I'm asking questions and being respectful. Over a hour wait, need more staff or ones who care! read more

I made an appointment for 1015. I'm still eating for a text to get tested at 11am. I went in to ask why a woman who was scheduled after me went in first, i was told someone would be right with me. Terrible service. I finally went in and aired for my id back. There was only one technician working and the other tech was signing people in and answering questions at the desk. Always reliable and with all periodic visits never an issue! With the impersonal exception of the indifferent person who checks you in and verifies they will be paid everyone of the technicians have been amazingly skilled. With a young person who had a bad experience with another outfit, he has consistently found a relatively painless experience and quick turnaround providing accurate information for his continued treatment. Very satisfied with the process as stated, an efficient visit with little to no personal interaction! Possibly due to a steady stream of people with work orders and limited time to interact. Don't expect any bedside manner like mama used to practice decade's ago. Simply a personal experience no more no less. read more

Topperwein location needs better staffing schedules. This location is always such a long wait. I have no other option but to come in before work (which is 45-1 hour away) and I am not able to get here after work due to the lab closing before I make it into town. Seems there's always 1 or 2 people only working and that's if they show up on time. This is simply ridiculous and the supervisors need to better staff this location. read more

They have a good check in service, especially if you use the QR code scanner. The app shows results a couple of days after the doctor receives them, and the blood draw people are friendly and professional. This would be 5 stars if the telephones were operating on a better system. read more

I came in at 9:45 to get a DS completed. When I walked in there was blood on the floor that was dried up. A client in the waiting room bleeding on the floor. When I signed in I had been in the office for about a Hour. The front desk receptionist was waiting to go to lunch so she wasn't to welcoming. (my husband says my customer service standards are too high and I need to lower my expectations) When I came in the office wasn't as packed. But a woman was ranting on about how she has been waiting forever and she finally left and went to get food and came back and they still hadn't called her. Drug screens are from 9:00 - 12:00 pm & 2:00 - 4:00 pm I am still currently waiting it is now 12:10pm. So who knows if they will still see me. I went for a drugscreen for pre employment. the whole place was dirty. There was urine all over the seat dripping down the side and on the floor. I then had to bring my cup of urine one foot away from two other patients getting their blood drawn. So they saw and heard all of my business. Imagine if the urine was spilled? The patients would have a strangers urine all over them. No complaints about the staff they kept it short and sweet and I was in out. Didn't talk besides give instructions but I prefer that. Just wish there wasn't urine covering the entire bathroom. read more

I've had to get weekly labs drawn the past 2 months and I have gone to this labcorp location each time. I have had no issues, results always delivered to my md next day. Furthermore, never more than a 5 minute wait. The staff are not only courteous but friendly, and when I brought my 4 year old son with me recently the phlebotomist let him feel like he was helping out. It was very sweet. I have been impressed with this location and it's staff (I am often skeptical of the customer service at these types of places). Job well done read more

On 09/16/2020 I had to take my handicap wife in for blood work and a stool sample she was unable to do stool sample there and took supplies home, that night she was able to get a sample and we refrigerated it that night. the next day I took the sample back to Labcorp, they told me I had to checkin electronically I tried 4 times and it would not log in then the nurse told me I needed her insurance information. All I was trying to do is drop off a stool sample with all the paper work in the sample bag, and they would NOT TAKE IT. I hope I never have to go back to them again or anyone else, what a pain in the you know what. Very upsetting, I know that the covid has everyone scared but they could still be human. If I could give no stars, I would. I went in today for a pre-employment drug screen. The woman rudely points to a kiosk for me to check in. After I sit she tells me that they don't do drug testing until 2-4. I said they should relay that information, she snottily replies "to a different company?" As I paid for my test with a different vendor. I come back at 245, check in, provide my reference number. After over 15 minutes, they call me back and have me give them a specimen. When I came out they said my reference number expired at 3 pm Eastern standard time. I call 3-4 times and after no success they throw my specimen away. They were so rude, disorganized, and obviously lollygagging as one of the techs was on her phone chilling in the chairs they use to draw blood specimens. I had to take my infant child out two times in one day in 40 degree weather for nothing. Very very dissatified. Go somewhere else if you can. read more

As a previous reviewer wrote, the staff is no welcoming--or even remotely friendly. Even with an appointment the wait has been over an hour. I don't understand why they have two people on the front desk and just one person drawing blood. Staffing must be problematic, so I won't blame the folks here.
