Absolutely horrible standard of care. Their system goes down and the don't bother contacting anyone, just let people drive however far and turn them away at the door. Next trip, they couldn't find my orders and I had no leave with no testing again. Trip after that, they couldn't find my insurance info even though I entered it when I made my appointment. And NONE of the employees did ANYTHING to try and fix anything. Just repeat "Sorry" over and over disingenuously and I'm still stuck having to reschedule everything. I will never use Quest again as long as I live and I advise everyone else to avoid them as well. They don't give a damn about their clients, just covering their own asses. read more

The wait at this location is unacceptable. I had business in the area, so I chose this location for some lab work. My mistake.

Fast efficient service. Mostly friendly interactions. Never an issue getting my blood work done. Masks still required, thankfully, because I was wearing one regardless of requirements. Self-check-in via an iPad station allows one to join the wait with an option to wait in waiting room or outside and notified by phone. read more

Had blood drawn there today per Dr's request. Very unpleasant young lady running the front desk and she was also the one that drew my blood. The whole process didn't take very long - I was probably in the place for a total of 20 minutes but the whole experience was downright unpleasant. Staff needs to work on their friendliness - maybe even smile every once in a while! read more

The digital check In isn't helpful when your there and had issues with the appointment. Would like a help desk window instead of no person contact for questions of problems with check in or questions about waiting time. Careful with the sits, when I got to work I notice the stain in my blue Polo pants. I tried calling quest and no reply. I'm not sure what products the use to clean sits but I believe my pants were bleached from sitting there. I wish some one communicated with me to know what their using to clean, it just sucks getting to work with bleach pants. read more

Its not the most wonderful of places anyone would want to go to, nor a place where you will have the best costumer service. But at least pretend to be nice to the people that come in especially that lady in the front desk, she is like almost shouting at everyone that comes to her window and is not shy showing that she doesn't wanna be there at all. read more

I am 17 and need to get labs done IN THE MORNING because of what they are looking for. My mom called and asked if I could go by myself and they said no problem. I sign in and the lady asks me first if im mom.... they I tell her my name and she says I cant do it without an adult. I tell her what my mom asked and shes says "my supervisor said no. Im sorry" completely emotionless and rude. My mom talks to her and decides to drive 30 min from work to come and i tell the lady this is absoultely ridiculous and all I get is a "sorry". HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from the front desk lady Natalia. It was ridiculous that she could do NOTHING to try to help me figure this out. If I need to get labs again, they will NOT be from Quest. read more

I have been going to the Live Oak location for the past 2 years and it's never been a horrible experience. I have been there once or twice where the lady at the front does didn't seem enthusiastic about being there, but I wouldn't characterize her as being rude. All the phlebotomists I've had were friendly and personable. I went in this morning and things have changed since the last time I was there about 3 months ago. Instead of checking in at the front desk, they had an electronic sign in. I was called to the back about 3 minutes later where the phlebotomist checked my paperwork and current information. He had a great attitude and talked to me throughout the whole process, making sure I was comfortable because getting blood from my tiny veins could be a chore sometimes. After he was done, I was greeted and received well wishes from 2 other employees as I was leaving. My impression was that they have read the negative reviews and have made changes to give their clients a more positive experience. read more

Online appointments can't be beat. I have always had a competent phlebotomist and the staff is always friendly. I have been to other Quest locations, but this one is my favorite. read more

They took 7 tunes of blood. Lab did not do one of the tests. They called me n my doc. I had to go for a do-over. There r plenty of qualified labs in town. Stay away from this one. read more

When I called this Quest, they said they've had special training to deal with children. I specifically asked about two year olds, and they assured me they could handle it. I knew that getting this blood drawn from my two year old was going to be difficult no matter where we went, but I felt comforted by their confidence. That was a mistake. Their special training involves showing you how to wrap your arms and legs around your toddler, while two of them struggle with the arm that's free, and if the needle moves out of the vein, then that involves sewing the needle in that "squiggling" arm again and again. My two year old (who has bruises on his arm where the tech was holding his arm and where they drew blood) could have received this special treatment anywhere. By the way, I was also irritated that only one parent was allowed to be with the 2 year old. A horrible experience. I gave them one star because I have had my blood drawn there and things went ok. But seriously, don't say you have special pediatric training. read more

The place was very hard to find, as there is no building number or "quest diagnostics" written anywhere on the outside. Secondly, the nurse with the dark blonde/light brown hair at the front desk was rude and awfully unpleasant because I had gum in my mouth for exactly two minutes before checking in (did not know fasting included no gum chewing). After noticing my gum (which happened in an attitude-like way) she handed me my Dr's referral sheet back with a rude facial expression literally EXPECTING me to make the assumption about the gum instead of simply explaining the issue to me. She kept interrupting me during every sentence I said, as well. Needless to say if she draws blood too I would be an idiot to go back there today so now I'm going to make a 30 minute trip just to avoid her. Absolutely terrible person!!! Quick, fast, and FRIENDLY service. Went to get my blood drawn for the first time and it couldn't have been more pain-free. Overall great experience. Was in and out within 20 minutes. A bit hard to find but was directed to the plaza building which it is located in. read more

Wonderful experience! I didn't want to leave! Super clean office, smiling front desk young lady that was fast and polite. Jason was my phlebotomist was very hygienic and polite and professional. He was so kind but very intelligent and educational on explaining what was happening and why and the process. Labeled my specimen in front of me and made sure I saw the correct label applied to the correct specimen. I was there maybe a total of 15 minutes for the whole experience. As a nurse myself he did many things correctly and efficient. read more
