Like most kids, he was not having it and fought hard. She was very patient and professional while we tried to get him to cooperate. Ultimately we had to hold him and even with the moving he was doing, Stephanie got the needle in quick on the first try and was able to get the three vials we needed in no time. I very much appreciate her accuracy on a moving target.
