Any provider that makes you sign a waiver for a fee payment before being seeing puts you liable for any amount they charge. We are always seen so quickly and the doctors are always so patient with us. We have used the location off 1604 in North Central SAT twice. Both times we were in and out quickly. The first time my toddler daughter was sick, and they did an excellent job keeping her calm (not easy under the best of circumstances). The second time I drove myself to the ER in the middle of the night. Both times the service was excellent. Flu season is back so of course I got sick. Finding a health center that doesn't charge an obscene amount of money to be seen is always a struggle. Prestige ER was one of the closest, same-day appointment centers that I found on Yelp. They have an amazing team, beautiful facility, and gave me phenomenal service! Not only did they address my medical issues, but they also socialized and made me feel right at home. No surprise billing here. This place is fantastic! We are cash pay patients and they told me they would do a consult and let me know how much they thought it would be before they charged me for anything. They were super kind, compassionate and professional, and it ended up being cheaper than Impact Urgent Care was going to charge just for walking in the door, for a pretty complex visit. Even tho they claim to be a full service ER , they are not. Dr. Rayes refused to treat me or even look at me until we paid him. I was throwing blood couldn't breath blacking out. I have sever pancreatic issues and luckily I was admitted by another hospital and taken care of (and they didnt demand money upfront, which isnt a problem but if you cant breath talking about money is pointless, and I have insurance) but this doctor refused to help me what so ever, with a ride, to stabilize me, nothing. read more

Prestige ER is Awesome! My wife and I have both been seen here 2 or 3 times. They always get you in and out Quickly . I don't think we have ever been there over an hour. The entire staff from reception, nurses and Doctors are friendly and professional. Today Nurse Liz and Dr Chapa took excellent care of me very knowledgeable and great people skills. Mr Foreman (I forget his first name) checked me in quickly and did double duty taking my x-rays. This is a top notch immaculate facility. Next time you need immediate care go here. read more

Came to get Covid/Flu tested today, and had the worst waiting experience. I arrived at 1145AM this morning and was told it would be a 3.5 hour wait which was fine, at the time was one of the only places doing walk ins & rapid testing. I had no problem waiting up until several people who arrived about 2 hours after me were tested and got results and left all within the time span of me still waiting those 30 mins they were there. The girl at the front desk must've not put patients in order they way they came. It was very upsetting being that i had to miss an entire work day just for people showing up after me to get their results within 30 mins and i had to wait 5 HOURS!!!! It took almost an hour for me to get my results as everybody who tested after me were still getting there's!!!! The staff who did the testing (new girl) was very nice and uplifting but I will never come here again. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. read more

This ER treats you like royalty... it is far different then any ER I have been to. They are thorough and Dr Ogden is so compassionate. There was only a five min wait. They were able to call in an ultrasound technician and put my mind at ease. They even gave me an outside referral if needed. What a blessing to have this facility down the street. read more

I absolutely loved this ER clinic, It is the cleanest facility I've seen so far and it exceeded all of my expectations. The nurses are extremely nice and personable, they make you feel like a person, not a number. And it is clear that Doctor Reyes genuinely cares about the patients and truly listens to what the problem is before jumping to conclusions. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, to the point and caring. I am so glad my friend referred me and found them, if me or my family ever have any issues at all I finally found a doctor I can trust. I had seen a few doctors before visiting Prestige, none of whom seemed to take the swelling in my abdomen serious. Doctor Chapa finally took me serious which was such a HUGE relief. He looked at my swelling, agreed it was unusual and set me up for a CT right away. It turned out I had multiple gallstones and a swollen gallbladder which would require surgery. Dr. Chapa was able to give me a few surgeons he recommended and even offered to have his office help get the appointment set up. All the nurses were so great and nice also. I am so frustrated. I am 16 weeks pregnant and my first experience here was on Thursday night and it was great. I was tested for the flu (which was negative) and COVID, which the Dr said would be back Saturday night. I was feeling worse on Friday and even lost half my vision in one eye and called them for medical advice. I spoke to RN, Angie, who said, "Well do you think it could be because of the stress you're under?" I wanted to say, "I don't know! You tell me! You're the nurse!" Then yesterday, I still was feeling worse and presented new symptoms. I called them back, again, for medical advice and talked to RN, Christina. All she said was, "If you feel like you need to come back in, come on in." That is not medical advice either. Once I got there, I had a full body rash, and when Christina wiped my arm with an alcohol wipe. I had a reaction. It turned bright red and started burning. I said, "This has never happened before but I'm having a reaction to that?" She said, "From this?" And pointed at the wipe. I said "Yes." And she didn't say anything or do anything but continue to put the IV in. Lastly, she unhooked my two bags of IV fluids and discharged me when the last one still had 1/4 left in it. The Dr (another one yesterday) said again that the COVID results would be back that night and even asked how late is too late to call me? I told him to just call me regardless of the time because I needed/wanted to know. He told me sometimes they come back after 10 but he will make sure they call me. I called at 11:00 PM and 12:30 AM and the receptionist said they still didn't have them. Both times, I expressed I wanted them to call me with the results right when they get them in. She said she would. It's now 5:40 AM Sunday, and I just called again. The same receptionist said they don't have them still. I asked her to please check with the lab. She said there is nothing they can do and they might not be back until Monday cause it's the weekend. I reminded her both Drs said they would be back last night and she said, "I understand but there's nothing we can do." I will never come back here. read more

From the nurses to Mds to technical staff they really care about their patients and their diagnoses are always correct.
