In March, I went to the urgent care clinic after experiencing some intolerable pain in my left arm and neck. Through his thorough actions and genuinely listening to my situation and pains, it was deduced that I would need to consult with a neuro specialist within a short amount of time. Talking with that same nuerosurgeon - he was even impressed with Mr. Anderson's actions and recommendations, telling me they did a great job managing my case. If you are considered with someone treating you seriously, and with dignity and concern, I couldn't recommend anyone better. Thanks Mr. Anderson.

I had an appointment with a visiting nephrologist with which was changed from the original…read moreappointment. The problem is the receptionist didn't leave a message. I don't live in Ridgecrest so I called the number in spite of the fact it didn't mention it was a hospital number. I was told the Clinic was across the street from the hospital. I arrived on time to the Medical Office but all the doors were locked. There was a frail elderly man trying to gain access also. I called the number and told the receptionist I couldn't gain access to the building. She sarcastically said we have been seeing patients all day. I clarified the building was across the street from the Hospital and in front of the Marriott. I finally gave up and hung up on her. Someone else called back and gave an address of a street name I couldn't pronounce and certainly couldn't couldn't spell. She told me to put the address in my smart phone. I am a senior citizen and I can't see the screen of my phone in the sun. After driving over 2 hours to get to the appointment I just had to leave. This whole epic could have been avoided if they would have texted me an address and an appointment verification. The elderly man that was there also just left. Unbelievably poor patient service. I show up at 3:45 maybe a minute later and she said that they closed at 3:30pm and that FedEx had already left. Pathetic child like communication. They could have told me 3:30pm the first time and I wouldn't have came all the way from LA. Spoke to the office manager Juan. He made me repeat myself 4-5 times. If that's a manager then that explains why this place sucks. He said he would have made an exception if he was there and he surely was there and made no exception. Instead he was being a rude j**k. Shoot the 7 minutes we argued on the phone, he could have let me pissed in a cup but instead he felt like pissing me off. Would not recommend this place to anyone. If I was an employer, I would rather my employees piss dirty than to send them here. This place was just sold to some other company and looks like everything went to s**t. Serious concern with DOT testing procedures at this location. I arrived about an hour before…read moreclosing for a urine test and was not properly informed of the full 3-hour "shy bladder" process required under DOT regulations. Staff told me I only had until their closing time instead of the full window, and I was never clearly advised that leaving early could be marked as a refusal. Because of this, the situation appears to qualify as a collector/procedural error. Cutting the process short due to business hours and failing to properly inform the donor is not acceptable when handling federally regulated tests. This is not just poor service--this directly affects people's livelihoods. I have proof of my arrival and departure times. If you perform DOT testing, you are expected to follow proper procedures, not convenience. Updating my review after speaking directly with the lab. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, the situation escalated. During the recorded call (after informing them it was being recorded), I was told: "You can come get a second test... read between the lines... you know the address, pull up if you want to." Given the context, this came across as a threatening and highly unprofessional statement rather than an attempt to resolve the issue.

I asked them for my refund so they don't have to deal with me calling them and bothering them every day (vice versa) they won't refund me so in other words I lost my $485 and until now I have received the results. DONT GET YOUR LAB SERVICE DONE IN THIS PLACE. If I could give them NO STAR at all, it would've been great!
