I felt great and her demeanor was kind, caring and reassuring. It was truly appreciated. my husband and I both visit the facility and we always have had great experiences. I came to this location three weeks ago and had to return today because they forgot to draw one of my labs request by my doctor and when the doctors office reached out to quest they didn't even receive an answer as to why my labs were never drawn. The quality of care given here is terrible and I will never be returning to this location. This is a waste of my time and prolongs me getting a diagnosis when they are forgetting to run specific labs.

The last time I saw a waiting room at Quest that crowded was before they went to appts. I had a 7:40 am appt and there were about 18 people ahead of me. A couple of people had 7:20 am appts and were still waiting. I'm usually in and out within 10 min of my appt, but I didn't get out of there until 30 min later. The waiting room was so full that some people were waiting outside. I don't think this will be an option for me the next time I have to schedule bloodwork.

The staff members here are all curious, friendly and very professional. I took about 10 min total for the wonderful lab tech to pull up my info and then draw 5 vials of blood. Painless and easy. All lab information is electronically then sent to your primary care physician so there's no paperwork for you to drag around!
