I scheduled an appointment ahead of time through the LabCorp website. Reading the other reviews helped me know this is the best thing to do if you don't want to wait a long time. Go to: www.Labcorp.com and make an account to schedule your appointment. Checked in at the kiosk by scanning my drivers license front and back. About 30 seconds later they are calling me back to get started. Fast, efficient, skilled, and professional. I didn't take pictures of the inside as it's on the 3rd floor of the Physicians Building and there were patients in the waiting room. I'm coming here to get my blood drawn from now on. Thank you all for making a usually stressful thing into an easy and painless experience.

You can tell she thoroughly enjoys telling people she can't help them or they made a mistake. I felt bad for the elderly people that were struggling with the check in process because this woman was just so condescending. Lab Corp you need another person as a receptionist! Someone that actually is willing to help and not just be on a power trip. Also, it would help if Lab Corp has a tv monitor where patients can see their name and how many people are ahead of them. Patients will not have to ask how much longer it will take for their turn, especially since the receptionist is rude and makes it clear she is not happy to answer any questions. Quest has the tv monitor so patients know they are checked in and their approximate wait time. Needless to say, I will not be coming back to LabCorp. Response to LabCorp: It is not just the wait time that is a problem. It is the extremely rude receptionist. In reading through the other reviews, she is consistently rude. If LabCorp is striving for better patient experience, start by replacing the receptionist that has had multiple rudeness complaints.

My palms were pretty wrecked once I got home and tried washing up. After popping a bunch of Advil to try and blast the inflammation I still couldn't walk. My mom said I'd better go get an X-ray so I figured it couldn't hurt. I was able to make an appointment at Texas Breeze which was helpful and allowed me time to figure out how I'd drive here and get checked out. X-rays came back fine and they washed me up again with a bit of antiseptic. I got bandaged up like some low budget Rocky Balboa before a match but had to remove this before leaving because it was really painful and restrictive which would pose even more difficulty to me driving myself here. All in all it, they were helpful in terms of providing some peace of mind with the X-ray results but didn't do much else that I hadn't already done at home. The PA ordered an antibiotic for me since I have a bunch of missing flesh. I felt grateful to have that order in, just in case. The last thing I'd need is some sort of infection due to these wounds. If you need an urgent care with seemingly better hours than others nearby and the capability to schedule an appointment this center has that. My co pay was $75 which I didn't love but they had the ability to do X-rays on site which was my top priority (or my mother's). Seeing as though I'm here solo, I wanted to ensure I was fine enough and taking proper care of the situation. The staff were helpful enough.

I have my blood drawn on a regular basis from other 3rd party companies like QUEST whom I HIGHLY recommend. I'm always praised by phlebotomists for the accessibility of my veins and the ease of drawing my blood. My first & LAST experience with Any Lab Test Now was quite the contrary. Upon entering the facility, the environment had a cold vibe and very unwelcoming. After checking in, I was directed to a back room and upon entering, the same cold vibe continued and the accommodations i.e. chair, was subpar and my arm was not properly supported. I informed the AMATEUR Phlebotomist which arm and vein other phlebotomist typically migrate to for blood so she proceeded to prep the area. After poking and prodding the needle inside the vein for ~ 10 minutes, the blood flowed very slowly into the tube as I grit my teeth in pain. After pulling out the needle, the phlebotomist realized she didn't draw enough blood and subsequently went to get another person to assist. When I asked the other person if she knew what she was doing, she answered "I Think So" which nevertheless, did not put me at ease. She then proceeded to tell me she was the District Manager. When I said that her Title still didn't provide me additional comfort, given her initial reply, she abruptly removed her gloves and told me to leave the facility.. She was extremely condescending and when I informed her I was going to leave a negative review, she gave me a thumbs up as I departed the facility. I immediately notified my Doctor of my experience and they are following up with LiverFast to alert them of my experience with Any Lab Test Now. Evidently, LiverFast has an exclusive contract with Any Lab Test Now for blood work. If you have the option to have a service come to the comfort of your home to conduct the blood draw, I HIGHLY recommend doing so and avoid ANY LAB TEST NOW at all costs. Lastly, I left a message with the corporate office regarding my experience and still have not heard back from them. P.S. Below is a pic (tap to enlarge) of the needle injection site. The swelling and redness continues worse let alone the pain. I expect to have a huge bruise my morning. I have also left a picture of the "District Manager' at the facility

This was a lovely friendly group of ladies! The appointments are spaced out enough that the lobby was empty when I arrived and only two people when I left. Everything was clean and organized. Extremely Disappointed in Outdated Payment Policy and Poor Customer Service…read more I went to this urgent care seeking help but was denied service because I didn't have a physical card to pay a $15 co-pay--even though I offered to use my digital wallet, which is a widely accepted, secure, and modern form of payment. We live in a digital world where tap pay, Apple Pay, and mobile payments are standard, especially for small transactions like this. The two Spanish ladies at the front desk were not helpful at all. Instead of offering a solution or showing empathy, they asked rhetorical questions and seemed more focused on enforcing an outdated policy than assisting a patient in need of care. This experience was frustrating and disheartening. No one should be turned away from an urgent care center over something so minor, especially when the technology to process the payment is right there. If this facility wants to keep up with modern standards and actually serve its community, it needs to update its payment systems and retrain staff on customer service and compassion. Turning away patients over digital payments is unacceptable in 2025.
