I dread getting blood work especially more now with covid. This place however made me feel at ease because of the girls working there. The receptionist Rhidi (I think that's how you spell it,sorry!) was super nice and welcoming! Jasmine was the one who did my blood work and she was so caring and sweet. I had to get some tests done here and the receptionists were so rude! I went to a quest diagnostics in Santa Ana and I had the same experience but for some reason I thought it would be different here. The purple hair lady asked me if was fasting and I completely forgot I had eaten breakfast since I usually don't so I told her to please fix it and she literally rolled her eyes at me and took a deep breath, and believe me there was only three people there so I guess it was to hard for her to grab a sharpie and change it. There was another blonde lady and she kept making faces as if she was completely bothered because a patient was asking her questions and since he was Asian and speaking Spanish I guess she got weirded out because that was her expression the whole time he was talking, don't make it to obvious girl! My three stars go to Armando, he was really polite and smiling the whole time, unlike them he actually like his job. If you don't want to be treated like crap by these two receptionists then don't come here. It looks like they need to be taught a lesson or two in how to treat patients and how to smile. read more

Made an appointment for blood work but got finished with an earlier one sooner then I expected. Walked into Quest at least an hour before my time but they got right in! Gal at front desk was vey pleasant and discreet when speaking to me ( you know how some seem to yell all your private info at you so everyone knows your business....ever heard of using your inside voice?! ). The girl who took blood was super friendly and nice and was also able to hit my bien 1st try!!! ( and I am mot an easy stick. ) That alone earns starz!!!! read more

I have never written a review but as I have sat here over one hour with no explanation as to why it has taken so long ...I obviously now have time to write a review! The lady at the front is as curt and as nasty as any one could possibly be at the front desk!!! If you are in the mood for a "Quest" this location is the place for you! There was no street signage or signage outside of the rather complex network of buildings near the parking for Quest that I could see. Even If you have the precious info "Suite 208" it may still frustrate you once you are in the building. Although it mentions that Quest is on the 2nd floor, the building residents have not had the owner provide any kind map or guide to find the unusually situated office. In the end, there was a sign hanging in one hallway that said "Laboratory" but not "Quest." A gentleman that was following me because he thought I could find the office asked if that would be the same as Quest. Hey Quest! You are a huge business so this request should not be such a big deal. Please I mprove your signage! This is a lovely office with a kind and friendly staff. Please do what it takes to make it easier for your patients to find this great location. I'm feeling great today - but for all of those in the waiting room who were not, and who found it a struggle to just get to your front door - please raise your game. read more

This place is so slow. Got here before it opened and a line formed outside. About 10 of us. Came inside and signed in as the receptionist sat watching some videos on her phone. We are now 35 minutes in and 3 people have been called in. It's almost like they enjoy making people suffer. read more

Five stars for Maira S! She not only took care of my issues with my doctors office NOT faxing over my lab orders, but reassured I'd be taken care of as soon as possible and I was. She was also the person who took her time, listened to my "recommendation" on the best approach for my blood draw (in a notorious HARD draw) and made it virtually painless. I appreciate her customer service, her attentiveness, and especially her compassion. The team at this Quest is my favorite! read more

Horrible. The women who took my 8 year old's blood said in threatening tone, "if you tense up, I guarantee this will hurt". I hope she reads this and realizes that is not the way to relax a kid. Then she wound the tape around the cotton in a tight and complete circle, cutting off the circulation in his arm. She was not only not kind nor gentle, she was just mean. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, assuming that they've had a bad day or some similar excuse, but this women should not be taking children's blood. So I'm currently here waiting, it's a 1 hr wait period for me.. the only reason why I'm writing this review is because I'm beyond frustrated . I've came here a few times before and everything was putting quick and the staff was excellent. This time around there's a particular girl that's here. She is beyond rude. Was nervous about getting my 1 year olds first labs done. They were nice and quick...it was traumatic but they were calm and nice!

Mayra is the best phlebotomist there, hands down. She has never missed my invisible veins, where others have done. She helped me calm down as I dislike having my blood drawn. I'm sure that it's not an easy job, the public with all different veins, medical conditions, and personalities. I give her credit for handling it all. I've only gone here once. The lady behind the front desk that morning was not a happy camper but back office staff was much more pleasant.

They're always on time and great at drawing blood. You also don't have to pay for parking. This is the only Quest location I like. It is a really small facility though so I don't suggest going there without an appointment. read more

I came here on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day without an appointment. I arrived at 7:50 and waited ten minutes for them to open the door. They quickly took my paperwork and by 8:15 I was in the back with Carlos drawing my blood. Quick and painless, which is not always the case. Out the door by 8:25. They were extremely efficient and Carlos was very courteous. I will definitely come back here in the future, especially since it's so close to home!! read more

When I first came here a year ago I thought the location was a little hard to find but now it was all good. 2nd floor last door on the right. The first time I came here it was not busy and I got processed right away. This time when I walked in the same girl that helped me check in and was also my phlebotomist was there. It was a little busier and she acted a little rude but then when asked for my paperwork she was nicer. This time Patricia was my phlebotomist had a hard time finding my veins which is normal and apologized many times for having to poke me twice. I had an appointment and still had to wait a few minutes. Experience was ok and better than other places. People who work there could just look a little happier read more

5 stars for Myra. She made me feel very comfortable and was very quick as I get very nervous when getting my blood drawn. She's awesome! I've read other reviews about the front desk women being rude but she was not at all rude to me she was actually very helpful and wanted to make sure I was okay before getting my blood drawn again. She was rushing other patients but I believe she has to multitask with many things and that is the reason for her "rudeness." I came 30 minutes before they opened and stood here until 11 as I had to get blood drawn 3 times. It was basically empty the whole time! This place is also a little hidden but if you use the side entrance the second floor door is right there and then you're here! Great experience will be coming back when I need to! read more

Staff is rude. I'm a young mom, brought my son with me, and I was kind of a mess. I was having a stressful day...the lady at the front looked at me like a was a nut case and gave me the worst attitude. Returned again, months later and the same lady was there & again, she was RUDE! Horrible staff. People don't want to be greeted by a rude individual when they're about to get a needle stuck in their arm or whatever they need done! Although I have to agree with the reviews that claim the front desk is simply business like and to the point, a friendly welcoming smile would really make a difference as the decor is also a little on the colorless dreary side. However that said, the phlebotomist Maira is by far THE BEST! Five stars for Maira!! I have hard to find viens and after years of being poked and poked, Maira is the first to get it right the first time, every time and without any initial pain and she is quick!! I have been lucky and thankful to get her mostly on every visit as she is also to the point but with a friendly manner and gets the job done without stressing me. As for the robotic treatment of patients and the long wait times, which I have also observed, maybe due to being short staffed for whatever reasons which thusly can cause both staff and patients to become overwhelmed and that's where more friendly smiles from the staff would make a patient feel more cared for as a person and not as a burden and that thier business to Quest is truly appreciated. I suppose the lack of proper scheduling is because there is no definite way to predict patient volume, so making an appointment helps. Perhaps, if you feel that as a patient that during your visit a staff member makes you unhappy for any reason, then speak up at that time and express your concerns because more often than not staff members have a lot to do and process and may not even be aware that they are coming off as indifferent. After all, without us thier doors would close and I trust they don't want to happen so as patients let's help them do a little better!!! read more

I was not given an accurate wait time when I arrived. I was told an hour but then in 45 minutes I was told another hour or more. The receptionist, a man, did not seem to care about the inaccuracy of the estimate. It was very cold in the waiting room but I was told if I went outside I would miss my slot. My 7 year old son needed labwork done and thanks to Maira (the phlebotomist), everything went smoothly. She was extremely friendly and my son didn't feel a thing. We had an appointment at 2:15p and was out of there by 2:25. Based on this visit, I would definitely return for any future lab needs. read more

I have been to at least ten of the Quest Diagnostic Labs in the past ten years and this is by far the most efficient office of all. I had an appointment for 8:15 i arrived at 8:05 was taken to the back room at 8:15 by Bianca. I am a difficult patient in that it takes several "jabs" to find my vein...Bianca found it immediately and I was finished and back in my car by 8:25. She was professional, pleasant ,knew how to do her job, and is a credit to Quest Diagnostic. read more

The nurse had no bedside manner and made me really uncomfortable.. she stared at me from the back the entire time I filled out my paperwork and then just told me to sit and began tying up my arm. no explanation of what she was about to do or nothing. then started interrogating me about what id eaten that day when I had told her numerous times that I had consumed nothing.. ended up telling her to stop and left.. read more

I am not one to write reviews or complain but this hits home. I have been extremely worried about my little girl and had to drop off some samples this morning at this location. It took me 5 days to get this done with my little girl. Upon my arrival to finally get the process started, I wasn't greeted with a warm kind smile. Instead, the lack of compassion and unprofessionalism was noticed right away. When my name was called, I handed Myra or Maira what I needed to drop off... She then asked me "did anyone show you how to do this" I answered her and said yes. She then threw away everything and told me I did it wrong. First of all, why wasn't this explained to me? Because, Myra had no compassion for anyone this morning. There are people who are fasting, pregnant women and even concerned people that have to be there. Have some courtesy and remember what you do for a job. Myra, your lack of compassion and unprofessionalism really upset me this morning. You have no idea what I had to go through to get those samples. I understand that maybe your job is stressful or busy or even understand that everyone has bad days... but come on. Your apology didn't make a difference. This mornings visit was inexcusable behavior. After I explained this to you... you said you would take them out of the trash and send them anyways.... Myra, if you had the smallest inkling that they would be enough .... why would you throw them out in the first place? Doesn't matter. I don't need your apology. Have compassion. Everyone has a story.
