I enjoy coming to this Quest location in Fleming Island. I usually make an appointment from the app and choose a day and time to get my blood drawn. You get confirmation right away via text and email which is so convenient. There's plenty of rooms for patients and the phlebotomists that work here are professional, personable, and efficient. They do everything from drawing blood to inputting information and collecting payments if you're paying out of pocket. And still manage to have a great attitude when they are very busy. This location makes getting blood work done a breeze and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend bringing your orders here for fast results and great customer care. read more

3 times I have came in as a walk in I have received the best and fastest care here! They are respectful of you and your time. The care is here is top notch. Much better than Middleburg (Walmart) Quest. I highly recommend this Quest to receive the best care. This facility is very sanitary. I cannot stress enough how great this place is. read more

Linda sucks and has no heart. Don't go here and let her pull your blood. We got discharged from the hospital for our son's 5th seizure. The first 4 were provoked the 5th was unprovoked. So they diagnosed epilepsy and gave us kepra and discharged him. Well the hospital called and said his blood work started forming bacteria after 48 hours. So our pediatrician said to go to quest and tell them it's an emergency we needed his blood work no matter what before the weekend. It Friday 3:11 pm they close at 3:30. Linda was the person I happened to talk to and explained this entire situation. With no heart or expression in her face she asked if my son's name was on the board? After I already told her the kiosk said there were no apt's. She was rude and heartless and wouldn't ask anyone else if they could spare 5 minutes and help my son. Nor would she ask anyone else, she rudely answered for the whole building. I'm a disabled veteran and am completely disgusted with quest. read more

Even with an appointment wait time was 45 minutes. There is no human interaction. Everything is automated so if there is mistake and you're check-in wasn't complete. No one will know. You could sit there all day. Do not recommend. read more

Updating my review to say I still feel the same way and the culprit is a woman named Margie and the poor quality management who allow her to work here and continue to act the way she does. Hopefully, if they want to increase positive business and not just needle sticks, they'll have some customer service training. read more

My office visit was scheduled. They took me right away and were cheerful and kind. The reason I'm giving 2 stars is because my technician misinformed me. After my bloodwork was over, she handed me three cups to complete/collect specimens at home and then "drop off to any quest location". I asked if I needed an appointment to do this and she said, "no appointment needed to drop off a specimen." I showed up at a different location two days later to drop off the specimen. I followed directions by touching the ? (Help button) on the screen, where I was given the option to "drop-off a specimen." I waited 15-20 mins. A Quest technician came out of the waiting room to inform us that they were understaffed and no more walk-ins could be taken. I asked him if I would be taken since I was just dropping off the specimen and already signed in. He informed me that I would need an appointment. Really? Why would the first technician tell me that I didn't need one. Every Quest Diagnostics location is 30+ mins from my home. This cost me an hour and 20 minutes of time for nothing!! Very upsetting. Everyone needs to be on the same page and inform patients of the same policies and procedures. read more

The phlebotomist named margie Is not competent at drawing blood. I have never had any issues and I get my blood drawn every six months. For the first time in my life she told me she had to pull a needle out of one arm and stick me in the other arm. The time before she left me with a very painful stick and bruises. My father was bruised all over his arm and when I asked what happened he told me margie had taken his blood at quest. I have been going to this location for years and never had any problems with a stick or blood drawn. Now I'm reluctant to go here because I keep getting margie who unfortunately should be proficient in doing her job but unfortunately shes like a student with her first time ever using a needle. I am hoping they can get some more phlebotomist in this location so we have a choice. read more

I showed up 20 minutes early & the gal at the front desk was Awesome! She checked me in and got my things together so that I could use the bathroom first! As I was heading back to use the bathroom, the other gal that was going to take my blood, called me back and the first gal told her I was going to the bathroom first. When I was done, I got my blood taken and that gal was also Awesome! She was quick and knowledgable! She got my blood on the first stick and it was Painless!! No issues at all... Nicole did such an amazing job. I always bruise every time I have blood taken and somehow I didn't bruise at all this time! Not to mention she was just so super sweet and kind. My only complaint is that quest is the worst about scheduling and availability but that's quest as a whole. read more

Walked in mid day. Wait was less than 15 minutes. Staff friendly and very skilled. I'm a hard stick so I tell them where to stick me. They always listen and get vials of blood. The only downfall is the multi step check in read more

When I checked in with the text they sent me for when I arrive, the link advised that I could wait in my car or outside, and to wait for a text that never came to my phone. Someone came to the lobby and called my name instead, which is pointless if I'm waiting in my car. Didn't get any follow up text or call. What's the point of offering other options if they don't work? And what's the point of setting an appointment, just to be called back 30-45 minutes after your appointment time. Now I'm late for work. Oh it's so sad. You cannot reach anyone at a specific location via telephone. If anyone has accomplished this Herculean task please leave the number below. The front desk individual seemed only able to handle one task at a time. I point this out because it's an obvious point for improvement for Quest for the right person. They say that they require masks, but I witnessed 3 people in my 5 minute wait not wearing a mask: I had an order for a pediatric blood draw and the front desk coordinator stated that everyone does the draws when asked if they had someone who was better a pediatrics Than others. Anyone who has ever had a bad experience or is knowledgeable knows you just don't let anyone stick your child. I called LabCorp and they have a specific individual who does pediatric draws who they say has been doing it for a long time and I can wait in the car until my apt time. I went here for blood tests today. It was probably my 4th or 5th visit. There were no staff members in the front -- just an electronic 'tablet' on a stand where patients are supposed to sign in. The nice gentleman ahead of me had alot of trouble, and I became light-headed and wobbly as I waited for him to finish. My husband got me a chair, which he carried from the waiting room. While I was waiting to be called in for my blood tests, a patient fell in the parking area, in full view of patients waiting to use the 'tablet' thingie. A patient rushed out to his truck to get first aid supplies; no one from Quest seemed at all aware of what was going on in the check-in area, or the waiting room. I hope that they will consider the patients they are serving, and supply some staff to the outer area, where I feel they are badly needed. read more

Expect to wait here OVER an hour. Every time I come, I have to wait over an hour to be seen. The staff is nice enough. I'm not sure of their system though. I've been number one on the list since I got here and keep getting skipped over. This happens often and they never explain why. They say don't pay attention to the screen. What's the purpose of the screen then? And what's the purpose of appointments? If you want your day ruined, come here! read more

If i could leave less than one star i would. We arrived on time for appointment to find computers not working. So had to go get actual doctors orders at home. Returned and waited, and waited, and waited. There is no receptionists, no one to relay whats going on. Im hoping that while their office skills are so low, their blood drawing skills are top notch. read more

Although I had made an appointment weeks ago, the check-in computer would not go past my first name, so I had no choice but to take a number. Fortunately, there were not a lot of folks waiting on a Friday morning, so my wait time actually only went over the appointment time by about 15 minutes. However, I ask, what is the point of even making an appointment ahead of time, if you end up having to take a number and wait? Rhonda was very professional and skilled in the actual process of taking my blood. My only reason for giving one star is the problem with the check-in system. read more

Came here to get a drug test done. Just a quick trip to the restroom is all that I needed done for it. I was the third person in the waiting room. I waited 2 HOURS and NOTHING. They had seen two people. By the time I gave up and left, there were about 20 people in the waiting room. And it did not help that the lady at the desk was quite rude. I left and had to wait to go to another location the next day. I went the quest diagnostics on the southside. This location was AMAZING. I got there at 1:00 sharp in the afternoon. I was in and out in 25 minutes, with somebody else in front of me! Nice people, quick service. I would highly recommend this location on the southside! I highly recommend NOT going to the one on Eagle Harbor Parkway! read more

Make sure you make an appointment, our doctor told us to take our 2 year there for some quick blood work. Didn't know this was an appointment place. Got there and the women told us it would be a 45 minute wait since we didn't have an appointment at the 1 hour and 10 min mark we asked how much more time and the lady told us two hours since we didn't have an appointment. Crappy customer service, she should have told us from the beginning to make an appointment and come back instead of 45 minutes!!!! We end up just leaving at the 1 hour and 20 minute and we are going to find a better place!! read more

I was seen before 9 a.m. on a Friday morning WITHOUT an appointment, for blood work. My waiting time was minimal - about 10 minutes. My provider was Nakima, who was friendly, yet professional. The needle-stick was quick and painless. I was completely satisfied and pleased with my visit. read more
