The doctors listened to me and always seem to give me the correct meds I need in order to get over my illness. Today was Sunday and over the last two days I was not feeling well at all. All Saturday night and into Sunday morning was zero sleep and felt terrible. Instead of going to church I was able to make an appointment at urgent Care and so glad they were open. They prescribed me 3 different meds which will definitely knock the junk cold illness out! (I had the same cold illness last year and the meds they prescribed me then worked great!). State of the art doctors office. The doctors assistant called me back, did my weigh in, checked my vitals, and reviewed all the medications I'm on. I don't know where she got a list of all the medications I'm on, but I was pleased to see that they were on top of my medical conditions. Then I met Dr. Sena Durakovic. I was impressed with her professionalism. She kept my attention, didn't speak over my head, and gave me a quick exam. I was throughly impressed with the entire practice. They scheduled my lab work, electronically wrote prescriptions and next visit. There are at least 3 other doctors in the practice. So, if you are looking for a new doctor they are taking new patients.

Dasia was so friendly and had me rolling with laughter while she did the blood draw. The other staff were friendly as well. This was the best experience I've had with Quest. They accommodated my schedule three times in one week and even managed to help me with a same day appointment. I was able to walk right in without a wait (not true of the big brand labs here) which was great. The blood draws were seamless, almost no one manages to stick me on the first try and she got it all three times on the first try. I'm a nurse so I am always particularly impressed by people with such incredible venipuncture skills. I had to bring my son once and they were super accommodating and put on a show for my son so he would stay calm. Absolutely above and beyond in every way imaginable. I checked in online before I left my house about 10 minutes away. When I got there I checked the app and said I was there. I sat down and within 2 minutes, I was called back by the sweetest lady. We talked and had a nice conversation. I explained that it is usually easier to use my hand and she did that and my blood was drawn within a matter of minutes. I was bandaged and out the door in less than 10 minutes, probably closer to 5. There is ample parking. The office is on the same side as St. Vincents Primary and Urgent Care. The office was clean, well organized and made the process easy as can be. I will definitely choose to come here when I need to.
