They accommodated my schedule three times in one week and even managed to help me with a same day appointment. I was able to walk right in without a wait (not true of the big brand labs here) which was great. The blood draws were seamless, almost no one manages to stick me on the first try and she got it all three times on the first try. I'm a nurse so I am always particularly impressed by people with such incredible venipuncture skills. I had to bring my son once and they were super accommodating and put on a show for my son so he would stay calm. Absolutely above and beyond in every way imaginable. I cannot more highly recommend a place to have labs drawn. Go here, you won't regret it

I love Ascension St Vincent's Urgent Care! Everyone is always so friendly and understanding…read more I've came to this location 5 or 6 times in the past and each time received great friendly care. The doctors listened to me and always seem to give me the correct meds I need in order to get over my illness. Today was Sunday and over the last two days I was not feeling well at all. All Saturday night and into Sunday morning was zero sleep and felt terrible. Instead of going to church I was able to make an appointment at urgent Care and so glad they were open. They prescribed me 3 different meds which will definitely knock the junk cold illness out! (I had the same cold illness last year and the meds they prescribed me then worked great!). Thank you Ascension St Vincent's Urgent Care for all you do and providing outstanding, professional and personal care!

Very professional, well managed primary care physician's office. This was my first visit…read more The intake desk staff gave me an electronic sign in tablet to do my "paperwork" on. State of the art doctors office. The doctors assistant called me back, did my weigh in, checked my vitals, and reviewed all the medications I'm on. I don't know where she got a list of all the medications I'm on, but I was pleased to see that they were on top of my medical conditions. Then I met Dr. Sena Durakovic. I was impressed with her professionalism. She kept my attention, didn't speak over my head, and gave me a quick exam. I was throughly impressed with the entire practice. They scheduled my lab work, electronically wrote prescriptions and next visit. There are at least 3 other doctors in the practice. So, if you are looking for a new doctor they are taking new patients.

Results are supposed to take 2-3 days well today is (working day 4) but is actually day 6 and even after calling me yesterday promising my results would be ready today in the morning it is now after 5pm and nothing! The most unprofessional company you could ever encounter with such a serious and delicate matter. Do your self a favour and use another company! This company is not worth the stress and anxiety they further impose on your already fragile situation of needing a DNA test in the first place!

I checked in online before I left my house about 10 minutes away. When I got there I checked the app and said I was there. I sat down and within 2 minutes, I was called back by the sweetest lady. We talked and had a nice conversation. I explained that it is usually easier to use my hand and she did that and my blood was drawn within a matter of minutes. I was bandaged and out the door in less than 10 minutes, probably closer to 5. There is ample parking. The office is on the same side as St. Vincents Primary and Urgent Care. The office was clean, well organized and made the process easy as can be. I will definitely choose to come here when I need to.

I have been to this Labcorp location several times in the past and always had good experiences, but…read moremy visit on July 31st between 9:00 and 9:30 AM was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I arrived for lab work and explained to the employee that my doctor's office had faxed/emailed my paperwork and that it should already be in the system. She asked for my doctor's name, and when I could not immediately remember it, I asked if she could look it up. Instead of simply helping, she lectured me that I should know my doctor's name and that I should have expected to be asked. After I found the information and provided the doctor's name, she searched and said it was not there. I explained that my doctor's office told me it was sent the day before. When I attempted to call my doctor's office to confirm, she rudely pointed at the sign about cell phone use and told me to read it. I stepped outside, called my doctor, and they confirmed it had been sent and resent it again just in case. After checking back in and waiting another 10 minutes, I was called back. I explained what happened, and she again pointed at her computer asking what the date said. After repeating this several times, I told her, "I really don't care if it came in yesterday or today. I'm telling you what they told me." Her response was, "Come on, doctor's offices lie all the time." That comment, along with the way she handled the entire situation, was extremely unprofessional. I was simply trying to get my lab work done and resolve a paperwork issue. Instead, I felt like I was being talked down to and treated disrespectfully. I even tried to lighten the mood by asking about the Jaguars photo on her desk, but even that interaction came across with an unpleasant tone. That was the icing on top of layers of disrespectful and unprofessional behavior throughout the entire visit. This interaction upset me for the rest of the day, especially because this situation could have easily been avoided with better communication, patience, and professionalism. I hope management reviews this interaction and provides additional training on patient communication. I have had good experiences at this location before, which is why this visit was so disappointing.
